This book was one of those that really is quite scary. It could happen. Plus the prologue makes it hard to trust anyone throughout the entire book. You want to figure out who is the guilty party so bad, you can't help but flip pages quickly.
Will be reviewing, using in a challenge, and making sure it is highly recommended in Chapter Chatter Pub on November 1st!

This book kept me up all night. It was so full of twists and turns. I read this book in one sitting.
It took me in so many directions and my list of suspects was getting longer and longer.
This book deals with rape and the consequences, not very nice I know, but this book goes one step further ITS SINISTER.
This book is not my usual reading matter but I was intrigued so I just had to keep on reading.
A really good psychological thriller that had me hooked from the first to the last page.
I would like to thank the author Karen Cole, Quercus and Net.galley for giving me the opportunity to read this book in return for giving an honest review.

"THE NIGHT SHE DOESN'T REMEMBER WILL BE THE ONE SHE CAN'T FORGET."

When Abby's doctor tells her she's two months pregnant she doesn't believe him. She can't be, she hasn't had sex for over a year. Abby realises that this baby must have been conceived at her best friend Danny's NYE party. Horrified that someone would have taken advantage of her intoxicated state, it seems that while she has been looking into the father of her baby, someone has been watching her..

I was captivated from the cover to the very end! This is one story where you think you know what's going to happen next but then something completely different happens. Deliver Me
by Karen Cole absolutely delivers! Great book!

Thank you #NetGalley and the publisher for this ARC of #DeliverMe

I received an advanced readers copy in exchange for an honest review

This book was all over the place, it meandered and none of the characters were distinct from each other. The ending made no sense and I didnt care- I was just happy it was over

Deliver me is an interesting book. What would you do if you were a woman who found herself pregnant without any memory?Rape is a big issue now.Do you report it?Do you prosecute knowing that your whole life will be an open book?Do you keep the child? These are some of the many questions the book addresses. The author does a good job keeping it interesting and believable.I found myself identifying with the “heroine”.Her story is relevant to our times.A good read!

When I read the blurb and saw the cover for Deliver Me, I was desperate to read it, it sounded just my type of read, and I was definitely not disappointed.

Abby attends a New Years Eve party, two months later she learns that she pregnant she can't recall anything that had happened at the party or having had any sexual encounters, so how has this happened? Deliver Me was full of twist and turns and had me quessing a few times, I was completely captivated during this book and absolutely loved every minute of it. Highly recommended read.

This was an intriguing book with lots of twists and turns. There's quite a sinister atmosphere throughout the story. I was kept guessing throughout and was completely surprised at the end. This was a really enjoyable read and the type of book you feel like you have to keep reading until you find out who the culprit is.

I’d like to thank Quercus Books and NetGalley for giving me the opportunity to read ‘Deliver Me’ by Karen Cole in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Abby can’t believe it when her doctor tells her she’s pregnant as she hasn’t had sex for over a year. When she starts receiving flowers and text messages Abby enlists the help of her friend Danny and they start questioning those at the party in an attempt to find out who raped her and is now stalking her.

‘Deliver Me’ is an exciting thriller with a clever plot, twists and turns, and a number of possible suspects. It’s fast-paced and full of suspense, and it’s kept me engrossed from page one. The story concludes with a gripping ending that takes me completely by surprise.

It was overlong and silly. A girl she think was rated, she did not know how but knew when.
Did not know who the father is, and spent five months of her pregnancy looking for the man who she thinks raped her. She got there in the end, but it turned disastrous.
Story was good but should have been halved.

Deliver Me by Karen Cole is a nice British thriller. The characters are well developed and very easy to like. You are kept guessing all the way through the book as to who is the bad guy and who is the good guy. I changed my opinion on the bad guy several times through reading the book and at the end, I still was taken by surprise. A good psychological thriller should have that unexpected twist at the end, don’t you think? The weather always seems to play a big part of the story, always raining and everyone walking everywhere. The title of the book is very appropriate for the book, as you will find out in reading it. This is a very enjoyable read and I rate it 5 stars.
I was provided an advance copy of this book from the author and NetGalley for a fair and honest review. Thank you for the opportunity.

Abbey discovers she is pregnant, despite not having had sex in 2 years. Tracing her pregnancy back to a NYE party in her friend, Danny's house, Abbey tries to find out what happened to her and who could possibly be the father of her unborn child. In the meantime, she is chillingly receiving flowers, notes and texts, warning her against dating Alex and also containing declarations of undying love. Someone is following her every move.

Deliver Me is a fast paced psychological thriller. It is a very quick read and partly for this reason, I read it in 36 hours, but also because I just couldn't put it down. I was very surprised at the end as normally I can guess who the perpetrator is but in this case I was wrong, and I loved that aspect of the book.

Abigail, a young art teacher who enjoys a drink and no real responsibilities is loving with her sister, Ellie and her husband, Rob. Abby gets the shock of her life when the doctor tells her that the sickness bug she has is actually down to her being pregnant but she hasn’t slept with anyone for months. Flashbacks to a new year party and Abby has to determine who raped her and now who is stalking her.

So this started out very enjoyable and then it get predictable but no! I was so wrong and kicking myself that I felt that way! Really really enjoyed this and would recommend very highly! Thank you to netgalley and the publishers for this arc in exchange for my honest review.

Abby finds out she is pregnant. How is that possible? She hasn’t had sex in the year since the breakup with her ex. Abby thinks back and remembers a New Years Eve party. There are gaps in her memory from that night. Was she drugged and raped? What other explanation could there be for her pregnancy? She begins to get gifts and messages from an unknown person. This person knows personal things about Abby. A secret admirer or something more sinister. Who is the Father of the baby?

This book is a good psychological thriller. There are plenty of suspects to choose from, I wasn’t sure which way to turn. At the end there is a twist that I never saw coming. Thank you to net galley for an advanced readers copy of this book.

So if you think this is just going to be the case of a Jeremy Kyle episode of “Who’s the Daddy?”, think again. After a visit to the Doctor, Abby discovers that she is two months pregnant, not exactly what she was expecting to hear considering she thought she had a bug and hasn’t had sex in over a year since she caught her ex-boyfriend and best friend cheating on her. The immaculate conception? She thinks back to the New Year’s Eve party at her friend Danny’s place and realises there’s not much she can remember except the massive hangover the following day.

She enlists Danny’s help to try to piece together that night and if she slept with anyone or if it could be the case that she was raped. So many questions, was she drunk or was she drugged? Then begins the creepy messages, a babygro left in her pigeon hole in work, flowers arriving on her doorstep at home with notes that whoever is sending them does not sign. You would think yes I have an admirer but what if its something more sinister?

For fear of ruining the story, I won’t go into any more detail of the book itself but to say I enjoyed it is an understatement. I was gripped, with some twists and turns and some red herrings thrown in to keep you off the scent but I for one did not foresee the ending!!! A fast paced psychological thriller, loved it.

Many thanks to Netgalley and Quercas Books for an advanced copy in exchange for my honest opinion.
