Let not our heart be Troubled
40 Daily Meditations on Jesus and Prayer
This is a great book of devotionals and prayers. The daily prayers and bible verses helped to strengthen my walk with Jesus. The prayers at the end gave me a starting place to help me build my prayer life each day. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in strengthening their walk with Lord.
Let Not Your Heart Be Troubled by Harold Myra is a wonderful 40-day devotional that turns the reader's mind towards God and reminds us of His constant presence and love. No matter what the situation, we have nothing to fear, for God is with us. Each devotion has a meditation, scripture verses and a short prayer for the day.
I plan to reread this book several times. Definitely worth adding to your bookshelf!
Many thanks to NetGalley and Discovery House for allowing me to read a copy of this book in exchange for an unbiased review.
The book is inspiration what little I saw is of it. It seemed to be missing chapters, I dont recall it saying it was an excerpt. The whole book would be great.
I recommend for anyone who needs a little pick me up during the day.
3 out 5 stars.
I received this ARC for an honest review from Netgalley, the publisher and author.
It is difficult to review this because the Netgalley copy was only a few days long. What I was able to read was very good.
I didn't think the title was only a few chapters but it must have been because it abruptly ended. The layout was a little different than most devotions but in a refreshing not disturbing way.
