What a great devotional. This is divided into 8 sections beginning with God's peace and ending with God's Redemption where we learn that Susie Crosby's favourite word and probably ours if we love God and are His children is Jesus as in Isaiah 9 verse 6 or Matthew 1 verse 21.
Each day's devotional is based around a word such as 'unforced ' which is described grammatically . In this case an adjective. Then we are given the dictionary definition briefly. The day's reading is based around the word followed by an Invite him In section to take us further and concluded with a prayer.
I was given this book by Netgalley and the publisher. This is my voluntary and impartial review.

The first time I heard about this concept "one word" a mom was sharing about it, explained it to me and I found it was very interesting and helpful to be focused. I don´t know if the author of this book was the author of the concept. The book is easy to read and it will be helpful if you want to focus in some part of sripture, each person must seek and find to really apply to life.
