Due to a passing in the family a few years ago and my subsequent health issues stemming from that, I was unable to download this book in time to review it before it was archived as I did not visit this site for years after the bereavement. Thank you for the opportunity.

Yoga is such a great way to maintain your physical and mental health. I thought this book did a good job of making the philosophy of yoga understandable and the techniques look doable. Thanks very much and so sorry this fell through the cracks!

Found this book to be informative and I will certainly try to follow some of the advice given. I think it would be better suited to some one with more experience of yoga or the eastern life style

I love doing yoga but this book gave me more ideas and routines for my daily life to help cleanse my body and my soul. It introduced me to new ideas that I would have never even thought of trying before.

I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I have to start by saying I have never really been into yoga, but I am always for trying something new. So I got this book and wanted to try out someone else's point of view. There were a few things about spiritual laws and three bodies that can be cleansed through yoga. It made me look at yoga in a different life. So it has changed my opinion on it.

It was okay. I didn't learn anything new from this particular book. Maybe good if you are a begginer

Really interesting book. Full of information and practical advice. You won’t have to read it page after page.... you can just read what you are intereted in at the moment. I mostly do yoga, when I am in pain and in the book there are some excercises that could help you with your problem - also at the end there are routines for some of the most common health problems, I highly reccomend it.

I am trying to learn yoga and meditation. When i saw this book i wanted to read it. They were really great techniques and explanitations. I am slowly reading it. I will try to do some of the techniques.

This book embraces the health aspects of Kritasin Sanskrit which aids in eliminating negative energy within the body. Meditation is top of the list when it comes to yoga practice. Through daily practice the individual technique of meditation will become easier by:
1. Clarifying your vision by cleansing your sense of sight are shown in detail. Listed are many recommended exercises for the eyes.
2. Enhancing communication by improving understanding and self-expression is demonstrated with many positions and strategies.
3. The importance of breathing more deeply allows for increased energy. Various techniques are introduced to allow for a more natural breath.
4. Taking in nourishment with pure foods will allow for a wholesome body and clear mind.
5. Caring for your skin will allow for a more efficient energy flow. Several techniques are shown.
6. Purifying the mind with cleansing thoughts are an integral part of yoga.
7. Cleansing routines are highly recommended and should become a daily routine.
