Firstly, how stunning is the cover of this wonderful book. I love the night sky, woodsy feel I get from the cover.

This book is such a sweet tale. It is heartwarming and feel-good. It is a tale of having courage and believeing in yourself. Of the impact of having someone you love, being there for you and believeing in you.

The illustrations are simply amazing, the woodland creatures look as though they will leap from the page and into your home.

This book has gorgeous illustrations! Very impressed with that. This is a story for younger children. My two (3 and 5) enjoyed it, but I'm not sure for how long they would actually enjoy it.

Description

The sun is setting, time to rise! In this clever twist on the perennial bedtime book, a mama owl rouses her baby owl at dusk to introduce her little one to the beautiful nocturnal world around them, and to assure her baby that, “Owl always love you.”

Its a cute book for babies. Not children, but babies. Something a parent would read to their child at bedtime. They is no storyline, just visual representation and dialogue.

This is truly a delightful read. My children loved this book, it really is an easy read - nice rhyming words and the story is lovely. It focuses on love, support, and growth. It is quite calming too, as a mum of three children (one with autism) it really does calm and soothe. The illustrations are fantastic!, This will be a favourite read in our house i'm sure!

Absolutely gorgeous illustrations that are sure to appeal to young readers, especially those who like animals. This is a series of question & answer rhyming couplets between a baby owl and his mother, who provides him with warmth and reassurance. Plus, it's even a bit of an introduction to puns!

It's so rare to find a book that you so instantaneously fall in love with. This was a gift and a delight for me in so many ways.

With plenty of rhyme and nightscapes, this book shows a momma owl’s love for her little one as she teaches about the nocturnal world they live in.
Unlike a lot of rhyming books, this one keeps a very singsongy pace, as though the authors actually know how to write poetry in its proper meter.
There’s a lot of hedgehogs, possibly because they look fun to draw. Bats, not so much. The art is done in broad strokes of watercolor, not all that big a deal but fitting with the theme.

Besides its beautiful illustration, I wish did book would do something more than that. Don't get me wrong, this book is a sweet, cute and short book that would be perfect for bedtime story. But, maybe I wish for something more. Maybe a story rather than just a conversation? All in all, I feel like a lot of mom would love to read this book together with their kids before bed. Because the dialogue itself is sweet and cute :)

This is such a quick sweet read about a small baby owl and her flight through the night with her owl mama. It's as stated in the blurb, an questions and answers type of bedtime book. I can well imagine a fun play before sleep between the child and their parent, where the child can read those questions and their parent answers them. Also the illustrations are so beautifully done, I completely fell in love with them. What I did miss was perhaps more of a story, rather than just a dialogue. But still, a wonderful book.

This is sweet little book. The illustrations are adorable, there is so much personality in the faces of the owls and all their woodland companions. The story itself is quietly reassuring. It would be a perfect bedtime story.

I was in the midst of looking for a new book to read my sons for their bedtime story. So, when I came across this immensely sweet and adorable looking picture book I had to check it out!

I held my e-reader held out between both of my boys while I read to them. Their faces beamed the entire time!

I love the captivated and fully-enamored way a child’s face lights up with a storybook.

❝Hoo’ll fly by my side and keep me in sight? Owl fly with you, love, like a moth to the light.❞

The lyrical writing is perfect for toddlers and children just learning the fundamentals of reading.

I can’t wait to order a physical copy to add to my kids collection. This is a precious gem for any lovable little human you have in your life.

A charming brightly illustrated book to lull a child to sleep.
A simple tale of an owlet out on a clear night with their parent learning about the world but above everything else being reassurred that they are loved.
Children can become a pain always asking questions, most demanding for me is Why?
This young owl has many questions, they all start with who will "Hoo'll" ?
The answer each time is I will "Owl" as in the title I will love you.
A clever insight into this dependency on a parent, the re-enforces that special bond.
Illustrated with drawings more realistic than 'Disney' art. The nocturnal world is alive with activity and sweeping above the sights and sounds the message remains the same. Each question beautifully repeated with words of comfort and love.
Hoo'll not want to share this book with a child?

This is a sweet little picture book of the love a mother owl feels for her child, as they travel the nighttime area by their home, and see the other wildlife going about.

Reassuring, beautiful pictures, but not actually story there. More like affirmations and reassurances.
