This was a slow and steady read that kept me entertained until the end. Recommended for anyone who loves a good read.

I had a hard time getting into the story. But after a few chapters I started to be drawn in more and more. It’s a good story about abuse and how it affects people and to which lengths they can go to hide and find ways to cope with life.

Thankyou to NetGalley, Victory Editing Co-op and the author, Glede Browne Kabongo, for the opportunity to read a digital copy of Conspiracy Of Silence in exchange for an honest and unbiased opinion.
This book provided an action packed thrill ride. I really enjoyed reading it.
The storyline was well thought out and written with intriguing characters. The narrative does not let up until after you turn the last page. This is a story that is not a casual " here and there" read. Be prepared for a few hours on the literary rollercoaster ride that this book will give you.
Well worth a read.

I received the free copy from Netgalley. The plot is very interesting.

Nina is living happily with her husband and expecting her first child.
Then her past comes to haunt her and she starts getting blackmailed . She realizes over time that her best friend betrayed her. She is not sure how much of her past she can reveal to her husband and start hiding things from him which causes strain in their relationship.

How she deals with the blackmailer and, fight to get her life back forms the gist.
I could not keep the book until I finished it.

Will love to read more from this author.

This definitely isn't the type of book that you can start to read and sit down for a few hrs, because once you start to read this book you have no choice left but to finish every page. The characters, the storyline, the ending, the twists that slap you across the face again and again make this a must read. This is the first time I have every heard of this author and I cannot believe it almost slipped past me. Thank you NetGalley for the chance to read this book and write about it.

This is an incredible story; it reads like a real event that took place! I do not see it as a psychological thriller, as much as I do an excellent read! A grown successful woman, beautiful, happily married, then her father comes back into her life, not with good intentions. I guess you could ask yourself, is Nina lying about her father; is he the monster she protests him as? Or, is Nina mentally ill, as her well to do, ready to run for Governor father, says she is? This story to me is more about child molestation, and how hard it is, to get anyone to believe you; when you finally dare to confront your childhood molestation, I do not want to give any secrets away, yet the monster has become more evil as time has gone by! Heartbreaking, heart-pounding, and twisted!
I highly Recommend! Thank you Netgalley!
