Excellent near-future space-development SF, with an optimistic view of human possibility that's inspiring. The story also documents the dangers, obstacles and politics impeding humanity's advancement and industrialization of our solar system. This is the first novel in Suarez's space-development Delta-V series, with his immediate sequel Critical Mass (the 2024 Prometheus Award winner for Best Novel) even better.
