Jane Porter is a favorite author of mine. I have read numerous books that she has written. Not Christmas Without You is a wonderful story. It is a sweet romance that is perfect to read during the holiday season. The book is a stand alone, but can be read as part of the Love on Chance Avenue series. I recommend reading the entire series to fully enjoy the characters and town of Marrieta, Montana. Charity and Quin are not looking for love, but find they cannot resist the attraction they feel when they are together. They have recently gotten out of bad relationships. I love the storyline and the characters. This book is well-written and a perfect story to get lost in on a snowy winter day.

Thank you for the chance to review this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
I enjoyed reading Not Christmas Without You. I'm a fan of Jane Porter's however this book didn't have as much conflict compared to other stories I've read. It didn't make it less appealing to read however, and the characters had enough going on in their lives to keep it interesting. The story line with the dog was a bit of a surprise, but maybe it continues on in other books.
It was a nice easy read for Christmas, one to have with you whilst warm and cosy by the fire.

Every time I finish a story based in my favorite small town of all time, Marietta, Montana, I foolishly think that I cannot possibly love this world more… and then along comes Not Christmas Without You and my heart is stolen all over again.
Both Charity and Quinn were doing a bit of undercover work for friends when they met at a resort in Little Teton. Neither thought they’d meet their forever partner since Charity is escaping Marietta for a bit after discovering that the man she’s dating is really nothing more than a cheating scumbag – who she, unfortunately, works with as well. And Quinn has made the break in a long time relationship that simply isn’t what he’s looking for in a forever woman – trouble is, she doesn’t take no for an answer and is determined to win him back by any means. Being away from home, pretending to be someone else has allowed Charity to open up to Quinn and perhaps say more than she ever would have about her past, her mistakes and her life. During their week long stay Quinn and Charity allow the comfort, the feeling of being known for who they are grow as a friendship begins. Perhaps neither thought they’d meet again, but fate often has surprises in store for us especially when the just right person comes along.
Not Christmas Without You is a beautiful romance for any time of the year, but more so at Christmas time. Without giving away details that aren’t in the cover description, I can quite frankly say that of all the stories I’ve loved from Marietta, Montana this one is probably my favorite of them all. Charity and Quinn are such real people with pasts, quirks, strengths and weaknesses that are realistic, believable and had me identifying with them each for different reasons. Although Quinn does have some elements that he’ll be dealing with, it’s mainly Charity who will face battles within herself and will need to grow outside of her comfort zone to grab at her chance at a forever happiness. Going along on this adventure with two unique and perfect for each other people was pure magic and I really didn’t want the story to end… although the ending was priceless.
We’re going to run into a lot of well loved characters in this story. And I had so much fun catching up with old friends as I got a glimpse into their lives today, after their own happy endings. Not Christmas Without You broke my heart many times, and healed it back again stronger than before. If you have ever visited Marietta, Montana then this is a must read story for you (and I rarely use that phrase). If you’ve picked this one up for the holiday feel then you’ll be introduced to a community of amazing, down to earth people that you’ll want to explore. I loved my time back in this world and would happily recommend this story to any Romance reader no matter the genre. You’ll find a touching romance, good people, a tight knit community and enough Christmas magic to last the season. Indulge yourself and enjoy.
*I received an e-ARC of this novel from the publisher via NetGalley. That does not change what I think of this story. It is my choice to leave a review giving my personal opinion about this book.*

Not Christmas Without You by Jane Porter
This story is about Charity and she's heading to check out a spa for her friend in the Tetons.
She doesn't want to be around when her ex is strolling with his new girl around town.
Story also follows Quinn and his baseball career and how he ends up in the Tetons.
Love that they act natural when they meet at the spa and are able to be themselves.
Later they discover he was from the same town Charity lives in. She does't want to get involved with him or start anything serious because he'd be on the road for 9+ months a year with the ball team.
His ex girl is also in town delivering baseball artifacts for an auction but she thinks he still wnats to marry her...
Misundertandings, you wonder if they can get on the same path again. Love the new location in this book as we've yet to visit in that area. Sounds like just what we'd want in a vacation spot. Love hearing of all the festivities around town and how they all celebrate.
Love catching up with all the others as I've followed the towns stories for years now. Always something to look forward to.
Other works by the author are highlighted at the end-in their order.
I received this review book from the author and this is my honest opinion.

I've received a ARC from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
A feel-good romance. Charity's insecurities, cheating ex and fear of letting herself fall in love doesn't discourage Quinn and soon love blossoms between the two.
With that being said, its hard to come across a heartwarming Christmas novel that barely has any flaws. The characters, the content, the storyline were all perfection. It was extremely relatable and pleasant. A great way to start the holiday season.

I really enjoyed this story but at times I was confused about all the different characters and who was related to who. I also got confused as one character is Jenny and one is Jenna and one of them is the main characters sister. This is my first time reading this series so those were small issues for me while reading it.
That said I did enjoy the story. It stars Quinn and Charity two people just out of bad bad relationships. They don't know they come from the same town because they meet at a resort in Montana. They become good friends and share one kiss when they split to go home. Quinn follows Charity and finds out she lied about her name and so does Chairty about Quinn. Thats when she learns he is a baseball player.
Please note that while him being a baseball player was a big deal to Charity, it really does not play into this story. This is more a small town romancenthan have any basenall scenes. It also is little insta love as Quinn comes to see Charity is he ONE and he has to convince her to give him a shot.
This was a fun, romance that is also very clean and very sweet and small town.

Another great addition to the Love on Chance Avenue series, this is the fourth book in the series. Not Christmas Without You by Jane Porter. A heart-warming story with past characters from the series and new ones that pull you in. A great plot from beginning to end. Sure to get you in the holiday spirit. I've read other books by Jane Porter and they never disappoint me and I look forward to reading more of them.

When Quinn and Charity meet they are both pretending to be someone they are not - but what they share is true even if their names aren't their own.
They meet again and Quinn is determined that Charity should give him a chance, but she isn't so sure after being hurt before.
Nice to be back in marietta, and also a catch up with character from previous books.
