This was a fairly light-hearted and sweet holiday read. I read through it rather quickly. I enjoyed both main characters. I recommend.

Hotness and must read in the series. Love me a hot guy and loved every minute of this story. This was the first book from this author. Will read again.

Gavin and Jamie are great characters. Loved the funny situations they find themselves in, their undeniable spark and their determination to be together, This book took me a bit to finish. I'm not sure it flowed the best, but I'm glad I finished. I love reading books with settings in a different country, and this one was a great escape from the normal American atmosphere. I will definitely try more from this author to see if this was just a slow exception to her normal writing.

Fourth book in the wonderful Hot Scot series and this is Jamie the MacTaggart sisters story. She has been having a long distance relationship with her Sister in Laws brother and now he has come for the holidays and she is expecting a ring. Gavin Douglas came with the intention of proposing but everything is falling down around him he has lost his job and is feeling insecure no longer the take charge marine she knew. When he gets himself in a tangle and flunks things because of all his demons plus an overprotective brother he pulls away to regroup but he may run out of time when Jamie's ex fiance appears on the scene. Now both ofthem will have t deal with their asts if they are going to have a future together

I enjoyed this well-written, sexy, fun contemporary romance. Jamie and Gavin are crazy about each other, but he can't propose to her. She's hurt but not willing to give up. He doesn't want to lose her and needs to figure out how to win her back. This was an entertaining book and I look forward to reading more books by this author.
