The Complete OCD Workbook provides some valuable information and exercises in OCD. I found it easy to read and it had some great exercises to help people with OCD.

As someone who has struggled with OCD for over 25 years, I have read all the books about the topic. This one lays out a great framework for improving life with the disorder and maybe even overcoming it all together. I haven’t had the chance to really apply it to my life yet, but I am impressed with the scope of the book and think it has a lot of potential. I like the workbook format. I would recommend this to someone suffering with OCD. I received an arc copy of this book via netgalley in exchange for my honest review.

I did not enjoy this book very much. It did not add much to what is already commonly known about OCD. I did not find the exercises to be helpful. Sorry.
