Nice read with many exercises geared to help you deal with pain, sadness, anger and other not nice emotions.
I found that reading this book twice was necessary for me, once because I like to read back to back, and the second time, focusing on the exercises. But However you choose to read, it has helpful messages inside.

In 90 Seconds to a Life you love, Joan rosenberg gives the readers a tool to be able to recenter and refocus themselves onto their purpose. Generating an energy to love your life in that moment and the moments to come. Well done book and engaging read.
