This book was alot of fun, I can see many students liking this and really getting some use out of it.
I've never done one of these journals with preformulated questions and this seemed like it would be a fun one to do after a difficult day. However, I found these questions to be a bit juvenile and on the surface- there's not a lot of depth.
Write in this book! Love it! Vent, gripe and moan all you want! A great tool to help you rant and vent your frustration!
Some solid ideas in the LIttle Book of Bad Moods. Everyone gets them and this does include some unique ideas. Excellent
Fun resource that makes letting out all your pent up angst fun and cathartic. My only con is that there isn't enough writing space for when you really get on a roll letting your bad moods out! Lol.
The Little Book of Bad Moods is a workbook that lets you work through your bad moods. Some chapters include - "Blame Others", "How to make any day a bad day" (I am excelling at this lately) and "Life Sucks Online". Blame Others includes activities like - "How do you spot an idiot..." in traffic, at work, online, etc. Oh, can I have some fun with this ;) Unlike the book I read the other day about having a gratitude journal - this book has an ingratitude journal where you list what bothered you each day of the week. (Sadly, I'd have a much easier time filling this out than the other way around.) But maybe once I go through and get all the negativity out of my system I'll start feeling better? Or maybe I'm just destined to be in a bad mood forever... but at least I'll have a record of who made me that way in this book.
I received a free e-copy of this book in order to write this review, I was not otherwise compensated. This book was published February 12 from Gallery, Threshold, Pocket Books.
Lol! Channel your frustration and anger into this book! I NEED to buy a copy of this book! It is just too, too funny! I can even see getting it for folks I know as gifts! Anyone who enjoys journaling will enjoy this little book of fill in the blanks of life's annoying, teeth clenching, hair pulling moments!
It's a great way to just let go of pent up anger or just tension. We can't go around saying what we really feel when frustrated especially if it's toward a specific person. Sometimes you just need to vent.
Personally I'm a destroy the book type of angry person but I guess writing might help a bit too.
This book was just a little too negative and didn’t have the humor I would have liked. There were a lot of blank pages and the formatting was off in the ebook. With more humor I think I would have liked this book more.
I honestly thought this oils be ,ore slef hawks not so much hate .. This book could manifest some serious problems of ethos ehwomhave a lot of rage and anger. Asking about why one hates such an such can cause them to start obsessing over it. I didn’t like the book. It’s definitely not going to help anyone. There’s no recourse for the hate, anger and irritable persons moods.
