Last Night in Laguna by C.M. Albert is a good fit for readers who enjoy emotional stories about finding love and stability in the face of uncertainty and change.

When I requested this novel I was into the ideal of reading this novel but shorty after I have lost interest in the concept. I believe that it would benefit your book more if I did not skim your book and write a rushed review. Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for taking the time to provide me an ARC of this novel.

Although this book was pretty predictable, I really enjoyed it! The story was very fast paced and I loved the instant connection that Kai and Bexley had. The characters felt so real and everything that they went through seemed to be events that every day people could relate to, and not just something out of an unlikely movie. I love that Bexley still followed through with her plans to move to nyc to help her sister out even after her perfect night with Kai. There were a few heartbreaking moments and one part that came as a complete shock, but overall I’d say that this was beautifully written and I’m looking forward to reading more by this author.

An enjoyable sweet romance. Heartfelt in places with a serious topic like ALS included. I'd like to know what happens next
