While I would prefer a new novel written by Laura Antoniou, a second collection of stories in the Marketplace universe written by others (but edited by her) is also very welcome. I enjoyed re-visiting familiar characters and meeting new ones. Please note: "Adult content".

I’ve been a fan of Laura Antoniou for years, so I was interested in reading this second collection of other authors’ writings set in the Marketplace that she edited. I’ve read the first five of The Marketplace books, so it was fun reading this collection of writings, for sure. This is certainly a big departure from my usual non-fiction reads, being fiction and BDSM erotica, but I do like to shake things up now and then with something very different. This certainly fit the bill and should please anyone familiar with this type of writing. It’s meant for adults only though because of the content. I needed a change of pace from all of the true crime I read, and this was a nice distraction. Beware of singed fingers - the stories are hotter than hot. Overall good writing. Enjoyed most of them.
