Leslie North's writing is sweet and sugary. She writes great series for anyone just looking for a quick pick me up. The H was a sweet guy and honestly I really recommend for anyone who loves a sweet romance.

Sawyer and Bella are experts at ignoring each other. His family owns Farm stores. I liked the chemistry between Bella and Sawyer. I couldn't get interested in the story.

Sawyer Cooper must woo Bella a second time even and find a common future. Enjoyed these characters and looking forward to next book.
Ebook from netgalley and publishers with thanks. Opinions are entirely my own.

This book was just not my cup of tea or maybe I wasn't on the right headspace to read it, regardless I couldn't love it.

The major thing this book lacked for me was depth, I truly don't know much about the characters except for superficial levels of their personalities and backgrounds and that stopped me from feeling anything regarding their relationship or each of them as individuals. And for me knowing the characters and the reasons why they do certain things is what makes a book enjoyable.

Moreover, we don't actually get to see their relationship grow. This book starts when Bella loses her memory and wakes up married to Sawyer who then has to help her remember him and the business they created. But there's never a flirty factor between them, I thought Sawyer would have to try harder to win Bella back again but what we saw was that he really didn't put that much effort. It felt as if someone was pushing two pieces (that didn't match) of a puzzle together and I didn't see their chemistry.

Also, since the fact that Bella loses her mind is the premise of the book I thought it was going to be much more important than it was. Instead, she doesn't seem very worried about it and just accepts what everyone says without questioning much, which I don't know how normal that would be.

Bella Whitmore is the heir to the Whitmore Shipping fortune. Refusing to be pigeon-holed into the socialite box, Bella has worked her entire life to show her father that she can be the son he never had and take over the Whitmore Shipping Empire. So when she wakes up, on a ranch in Montana, missing the memories of the last month of her life, you’d think that would be the worst case scenario. And it is…until she realizes the devil she’d worked so hard to avoid for the last year is now her husband. Sawyer Cooper knows he’s a devil. [Handsome, charismatic, and with an eye for feeding people’s vices, Sawyer’s reinvented himself as a shark in the business world, but very few realize that he’s actually a Cooper of the Country Coop fortune. But rather than resting on the laurels (and red-neck reputation) of Country Coop, Sawyer wants to show the world exactly how important farming can be. To do this, he needs Bella Whitmore’s help. Every bit as beautiful as her name suggests, and smarter than everyone else in the room, Sawyer knows that she could make his dreams come true, both inside and outside of the bedroom. And after a year of pursuing her, she’s finally said yes -- to everything. But after a horseback riding accident, Bella’s brain has reset back to the beginning, and Sawyer was never good at starting a game over. Especially not after he’d already won. Now, Sawyer needs to figure out how to woo her for a second time. Because this time around it’s not just his professional pride on the line: it’s his heart.
This was a quick read with a full story packed into it. I wasn’t really sure how it would flow with the main plot point but I thought the author did a great job. I’ve read other stories from this author and she doesn’t disappoint. I highly recommend.

I am a huge fan of Leslie North and am never disappointed when I read her books. This was a great start to a new series. I loved how the two characters had to start over with falling in love and getting it right the 2nd time. Looking forward to reading more of the series.

Bella has no idea how she ended up married to Sawyer. The last thing she remembers was the constant cat and mouse game they played at every function they attended in Boston. Building their own business is a struggle as details begin to emerge on where she’s at in her life. Feeling the ultimate betrayal she stands up for herself and finds a partner that will support her every step of the way instead of leaving her behind. The beginning of the wonderful Cooper series!

The first book in a three book series. This one has Sawyer Cooper at a big city not in the country. He is working at drumming up support for a new business plan he has and he is getting nowhere. Meanwhile, Bella Whitmore not only has the name and business behind her, she just has a father that won’t let her run the family business. He thinks women should be in the kitchen not in the board room. During the night of fancy clothes and high-end drinks, and art. Bella and Sawyer flirt but nothing too serious. The next chapter opens with a doctor talking to Sawyer and Bella and they are in Montana. She has an accident fallen off a horse and now has amnesia. She does not remember their marriage or the business deal that they had been working. When you get further along into the story you will find out how much they want to be together or not, and will Sawyer decide to walk away from the deal in order to have the woman he has been pining over for years. A very good book with good characters.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from NetGalley and I am voluntarily reviewing it.

I normally adore anything that Ms. North writes. This time, I just had a hard time with it. I felt like I was missing something. Like the company that Sawyer was putting together Farm2U was a little confusing as to why Bella was so needed to make it work. Another was if she married before 30, she received her trust fund BUT there were several references to her ex. Huh? Also I didn't understand why Sawyer but want to use his family's business but his share in his brother's business as collateral. This is the first book in the series so it wasn't like I missed a prior book to put pieces together.

While the plot was confusing, the characters were easy to relate to. I did appreciate the dual POV format.

This book should only be read by someone over 18.

Overall a good cowboy romance story. Bella wakes up, and cannot remember anything prior to a couple of months ago. She also doesn't remember marrying Sawyer, the hunky cowboy. I enjoyed it for the most part, but the ending seemed rushed and wrapped up too neatly. More details would have made a stronger story. Other than that though, I enjoyed it and would high recommend this story and author.

A promising start to the Brothers of the Cooper Ranch. The Cowboy's Forgetful Bride is a sweet romance with good characters and an interesting story line. The ending, while not exactly what I expected, worked perfectly for this couple. I wanted there to be more meat to the story, but their chemistry was great, and overall it was an enjoyable way to spend a few hours reading. It just seemed like the last portion of the book ended too quickly. I look forward to meeting the other brothers in the books to come and I’m definitely looking forward to catching up with them throughout the series.

The Cowboy’s Forgetful Bride by Leslie North is an interesting look at a relationship and marriage. If you didn’t remember and had to do it all over again, would it turnout the same? Great writing. Great characters; just a little stereotyped. I would recommend and look for more from Leslie North.

Who doesn't love a nice cowboy ;)?

So the story follows Sawyer and Bella. Sawyer is a hunky cowboy who has an amazing business idea. Bella is the daughter of a business mogul who is a complete jerk and doesn't fully appreciate Bella and her brains. He just wants her to be a dumb socialite and marry a man he can leave the company to one day. Things happen, but we don't get to see them because one minute Bella goes to bed and wakes up a month or so later and she is now married to Sawyer in Montana. She can't remember a thing...

I wanted to slash the tires of Bella's dad. He was an absolute sexist jerk. Grr! *shakes fist*

Sawyer was hunky and Bella was sweet and sassy and smart. Everything a cowboy businessman needs.

The drama was good. Not over-the-top. I enjoyed seeing some of the business drama unfold as well. Bella and Sawyer were sweet together and I felt bad. However....I hated Sawyer at first. Sure, everyone has their weaknesses and whatnot, but his original reaction to Bella's memory loss threw me off. Ummmm....she is your wife. I would've slapped him. He gets better and makes up for his moment of selfishness, but still. I was not amused.

I also wasn't 100% in love in how everything was resolved and "fixed". I GET IT. But....I don't know. I think it was a waste of time and money honestly.

Overall, this was a cute one with some drama. Sawyer took a while to earn my love and the ending I wasn't really in love with it. However, the rest of the story was good. That would really stink to lose your memory!! D: I'll stamp this with 3 stars.

“The Cowboy’s Forgetful Bride” is the first story in Leslie North’s Brothers of Cooper Ranch series. It’s a fast-paced, short read that will definitely engage your emotions and provides some truly entertaining bantering between Bella and Sawyer.

It’s hard to imagine waking up one day with no memory of the past month. I try to put myself in a character’s situation to understand them better… and I simply cannot imagine the panic, the fear, the confusion of not knowing vital bits of information. How can you trust anything you’re told when you have no personal knowledge to either back it up as truth or ferret it out as a bald-faced lie? In reality, you cannot do either, only going by gut instinct and comparing what you do know about yourself would be the only things that made sense in that situation. It’s an intriguing premise, and given the history that Bella and Sawyer had, what they’re each looking for out of this surprise marriage… and then you start to fall into the “do I trust what I feel or what I’m told” thoughts.

I liked Sawyer and Bella so much. Despised her father, what a piece of work that guy is. Watching Sawyer work to win Bella’s affections a second time, but with a different goal in mind, was an emotional roller coaster ride. He may not have always been a golden boy with a perfect record, but he’s a good guy, one who stands up for Bella whenever needed and lets her do her own standing alone when she needs to. He’s not afraid of her strength, only of losing her. Bella is a strong woman who has been thrown for a loop. Everything she thought would be her future suddenly isn’t, and in reality, that’s not such a bad thing. At times, watching Bella’s recovery of her memories is frustrating, emotional and tender. Her world has been tipped and she’s fighting for not only her proper place in it but dealing with how she feels about Sawyer… and not wanting to lose him.

I enjoyed “The Cowboy’s Forgetful Bride”. The ending, while not exactly what I expected, worked perfectly for this couple. I’m definitely looking forward to catching up with them throughout the series.

Sawyer and Bella meet in Boston after attending a number of events together. They are attracted to each other, but haven't acted on it.

They are at an art show together, and the next thing Bella knows, she's waking up in Montana at Sawyer's house. The art show was a month ago and she can't remember anything that happened since then.

I wasn't sure how much I would like the amnesia storyline, but it wasn't overdone. It fit naturally within the plot.

Overall a sweet, fun read. I am looking forward to reading the next in the series.
