The healthy Pregnancy Journal is really helpful for a first time mom to be and also for a second pregnancy. This book is very informative and helps you to keep a healthy pregnancy.
This is a cute journal with details about momma and baby throughout the pregnancy. I really enjoyed it!
I would not buy this book. Not enough information and not mother to be friendly. I expected the book to be more informative and focused on practical tips for expecting mums
So I have to start with the fact that this book came at the right time for me as I'm expecting! I was looking for information about pregnancy, so when I saw the title I was exited, and obviously requested!
I did enjoy reading it and all the new stuff I found out about the week by week journey! I absolutely loved the book format as a diary, that gives time and space for you to think an summarise all the knowledge from each chapter! I absolutely recommend it! Thank you Netgalley for this chance!
I wanted this for the future but Ive read through it and researched enough to know tthat this is a great journal. Its filled with tips and tricks for you. It breaks it down so easy to understand.
This journal is filled with a ton of information that is broken down by month and then week. It provides you information on what is currently going on with you and your baby. It has a very nice introduction that explains how they start counting, it is definitely a part of the journal you should not skip.
It is filled with multiple different activities that are related to the month/week that you are currently experiencing. It includes activities such as taking a picture of you bump, writing down your thoughts, drawing, etc.
I have been pregnant once before but this pregnancy has been so different I was looking for different ways to document different things. This is a great journal for doing just that. Since I only got the kindle edition I have been taking questions and writing them in a notebook I have of my own. It helps me document how I'm feeling, what foods to avoid or which ones make me feel good. As a librarian sometimes the task of reading when pregnant can be daunting because there are so many books and they all say different things. I liked this one a lot and I think it would be a great gift for newly pregnant mothers.
