This book is very good at showing the factors that are unique for investments in real estate and the positive effects of these. The problems with these investments, like geography (I sold my RE investments when I moved abroad) and horrible tenants, are not discussed at any length. Even with a lot of examples, the text is rather dry and a little repetitive.
