Love, Again is everything you would want if you had run from the one you can't forget. This sweet second chance romance has the adventure, the spark, and the love...again. With a kick in the pants leading her home, Aubrey has to decide what she really wants in life.

The past is never far behind with unresolved issues lingering. Cole knows that but he didn't expect 10 years to go by. Now all he can see is his future.

Love, Again has love in the air. Be careful you might catch it too!

This is my first book by L. P. Dover and I'm in love! "Love, Again" is a beautiful love story about second chances. Aubrey is a successful Hollywood director and Cole is a hometown fireman. Both are happy with what they are doing in their life but unhappy when it comes to love. Neither can forget the other. The love of each other's life. They're soulmates. When a false medical scare brings Aubrey back to her hometown and Cole both are hoping this is their second chance at love. This is such a well-written book with great characters. This is a must read!

Love, Again by LP Dover was a sweet, swoony and romantic second chance romance.

This book had humor, love and steam. The only thing I felt was missing was some drama. With the characters professions I kind of would’ve liked to see something shake them up a little. Even their reunion was kind of anti-climatic. It was just missing that WOW factor. But even with that said this was a truly enjoyable read. This is a perfect beach read. Something to escape the stresses of real life :)

Love, Again is a standalone novel told in Dual POV. This is a completed story and no other book needs to be read before enjoying this story.

In Love, Again we follow the journey of Aubrey and Cole to their HEA. Aubrey is a well known famous director in Hollywood. 10 Years ago she made a the difficult decision to leave Cole and her hometown to chase her dreams. When she is given some bad news (which turns out to be a mistake) she takes stock in her life and what she has done with it. Feeling regret and guilt from past decisions, she decides to finish her bucket list and right some old wrongs when it comes to her past. Cole is the Assistant Fire Chief in his hometown and Happy with the way his life is going. So how will he react when a blast from the past comes back to town?? Can Cole and Aubrey get past the hurt to find their HEA?? Can Cole ever trust Aubrey not to leave again?? Read this book to find out.

If you love a second chance romance without a lot of OTT drama, then this is the book you should try. I found this to be an entertaining story and I look forward to other books by this author.

This was a second chance love story. Years ago Aubrey and Cole were in love, they had been high school sweet hearts and they thought they would marry, the whole town thought it. Aubrey loses her parents and decides to make a life change leaving behind her home town and the love of her life. Thinking she is dying for about a couple of hours due to some misinformation she decides that she wants to change her life again and sets out to make out a bucket list and fulfill it and on there she wants to see and apologize to Cole. Cole was not very happy to see her, again for about a couple of hours than they pick up where they left off since both of them were single and had never gotten over each other..It was a syrupy sweet romance.

Love, Again is a sweet and romantic story about Aubrey and Colt, childhood sweethearts who grew up together in a small town in Oklahoma. They were in love and engaged to be married when Aubrey realized that she would never be truly happy if she stayed in their hometown and didn’t pursue her dream of becoming a Hollywood director. Not wanting Colt to compromise his own dreams, she broke his heart and left him behind. Ten years later, Aubrey has a brush with death that makes her realize how much she misses Colt, so she returns to her hometown to make amends. What follows is a tender story of forgiveness and rediscovering the love that these two once shared.

I really enjoyed this book. It has quite a bit of angst but it’s not over the top; Aubrey and Colt both know how they feel and they’re not indecisive. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review and will definitely read more from this author in the future.

Aubrey is living the life she’s always dreamed off. She left her small town in Oklahoma to become a movie director in none other than Hollywood. And now Aubrey has it made—or so she thinks. After a near-death experience, Aubrey quickly reevaluates her life. If she were to die tomorrow, she’d leave this life full of regret, especially in regard to the one that got away—Cole Haywood. So Aubrey makes a bucket list of all the things she wants to do in her lifetime, all the places she hasn’t been to because she’s been tied down to her life-consuming job. And along the way, Aubrey wants to make a new friends in each place she visits. But her bucket list wouldn’t be complete if she revisited her hometown and confronted her biggest regret—leaving Cole behind.

Cole still lives in his hometown, working as a firefighter and helping the family business. When his fiancé Aubrey left him a month before their wedding over 10 years ago to chase her big-city dreams, Cole was heartbroken. He thought he had moved on from Audrey, but when she randomly shows back up in town, he realizes his heart is still hung up on her. She’s full of apologies and regrets, but Cole isn’t sure he’s capable of forgiving Aubrey for abandoning him all those years ago.

But the more time Cole and Aubrey spend together, the more the past decade fades into the background and the love they once shared comes back in an instant. They want to make it work this time, but Aubrey has her life back in Hollywood and Cole is settled in Oklahoma. Cole and Aubrey are at a crossroads and if they don’t approach carefully, they could make the same mistake twice...

Love, Again by L.P. Dover is a second chance romance between childhood sweethearts, Cole and Aubrey, with a bucket list element. This was the first book by L.P. Dover I’ve read and overall I’m underwhelmed. The premise of the story is cute—Aubrey thinks she’s going to die, discovers she isn’t, and wins back the fiancé she left ten years prior. Unfortunately, the book was lacking, despite the promising plot line. It was predictable, but not in the way I enjoy. I wish the characters were built up more in the beginning and their previous romance was more flushed out. I feel this story would’ve benefited well from a dual timeline or flashbacks to when they were together the first time. Also, Aubrey didn’t seem mature enough to be a highly-esteemed movie director for the last decade. She was introduced as such in the beginning, but nothing in the story represented her career accurately. Overall, a quick, cute story, but it didn’t wow me. 3/5 stars.

Thank you to NetGalley, Loveswept and L.P. Dover for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I was really interested on this book, as I first saw it on Goodreads. I’m really grateful of getting an Advanced Copy for me to review. However, I kind of expected a lot :( and it did not deliver *that* much. The premise is fine and okay and I was really hoping the heroine wouldn’t throw her succesful career for the ranch life so I’m not disappointed on that. The way things happened never felt quite... organic, I would say. There was no conflict, no big climax neither, everything happened like it was supposed to be happening without a spark.

It all felt like a telenovela (soap opera for yall) to me.

It was not my cup of tea. The story had very little substance and I felt a little cheated. There was the misdiagnosed health scare resulting in a bucket list trip and rekindled second chance. Then they blended that a bit and it was over. I normally love this author so I'm not giving up.

I absolutely loved this book. The writing was great and the two main characters were perfect. I love a good second chance romance and this did not disappoint. Dual POV books are my favorite - I loved reading both Aubrey's and Cole's perspectives. This was a quick read for me and it was more lighthearted than a lot of contemporary romance books. After reading this I am definitely looking forward to reading more from L.P. Dover.

Just when Aubrey Reynolds is on the cusp of achieving everything she is dreamed of, she receives devastating news from her doctor. She is struggling with the diagnosis and the upheaval in her life that it caused, and decides the best way to deal with it is to take some time off from the movie making business and tackle her bucket list. It winds up taking her to a place she said goodbye to a few years ago, and front and center into the life she walked away from, and the guy who shared it with her!

Love, Again is a heart-squeezing tale that will play on your emotions, rattle your senses, and leave you feeling a inspired. This beautifully crafted second chance romance story sucked me in from the first page, and held me captive until the last, I just had to see if these two wounded souls would find their way back. Watching them embrace this second chance they had been given, and seeing their personal growth along the way was heartwarming and inspiring. I really enjoyed this newest offering from Ms. Dover, it brought smiles, swoons, and lots of feels.. one of her best to date! Highly recommend!!

I requested an advanced copy of this title from NetGalley, and I am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion.

I love second chance love stories and in Love, Again, L.P. Dover gave us everything you would want to feel - romance, forgiveness, understanding and emotion.

Aubrey Reynolds had a dream and she dared to go after it, but by doing so, she lost the one person she was closest to and the man she was not only in love with, but set to marry. Ten years ago, Aubrey embarked on a journey to become a Hollywood director and while she did so, and has had tremendous success, the one thing she has never found again was love. With one fateful phone call, the trajectory of her life is changed and it spurs her to do things she's been putting off, such as working through her bucket list and apologizing to the man she left behind so many years ago.

Cole Haywood is doing what he always wanted to do as well, working as a fireman, and helping out with the farm his family owns. The only thing is he isn't doing it with the person he wanted by his side. He never wanted to hold Aubrey back, so while it hurt to let her go, he understood why she had to. He gets the biggest surprise of his life when he encounters his former love outside the bar in their hometown. While he's not sure he wants to hear the explanation she wants to give, his brother encourages him to be open-minded.

As Cole and Aubrey reconnect, they figure out that nothing between them has changed when it comes to their feelings. They love each other as much now as they did back when. There are certainly roadblocks to work through and the question is, can they overcome them in order to be together?

I was not only in love with Cole and Aubrey, but I loved Bennett and Emilia as well! They were a great quartet of characters and I was rooting for all of them all throughout the book. There is nothing better than soulmates ending up together and that is exactly what L.P. Dover gave us in this fantastic tale.

Love, Again is my favorite second chance romance, I truly can't think of one that I liked more. The drama is super low. There were so many different destinations that I never got bored.

Aubrey is one sexy determined woman. Cole is one hot as sin man. They have a past together. Aubrey did what she thought as best and Cole did what she asked him to do. They both have huge regrets from there past. Can they forgive each other and move on from the past and start over. This was an amazing journey of first love and second chances. Could not wait to see how the story would end. Amazing must read.

I was not expecting to actually fall in love with this novel, but everything about it has definitely turned me into a fan of the author. There were a few things here and there that had me questioning some of the character's actions, but overall it was such a sweet and endearing novel.

Love, Again is my first book by this author and I thought it was great. Sweet, sexy, fun second chance romance. It was well written and paced so that you don't get bored of the story. Aubrey and Cole had amazing chemistry and the story felt very realistic and relatable. I didn't necessarily like the epilogue however as it read too cliched for my liking. I wish the ending had been developed as organically as the rest of the story. Overall I'm giving it 4 chilli peppers of hotness! Thanks NetGalley and Loveswept for the ARC!

I love this author's writing style, so it was a no brainer to pick up this latest work. Perfect second chance love story! Aubrey and Cole parted ways abruptly when they were fresh high school graduates but all the emotion tied up in that departure never settled down.

Aubrey has a medical scare and decides to not put her life on hold any more. She sets out to see and do everything she has always wanted, including setting to right her heart.

Cole still holds s grudge with Aubrey but she still holds his heart. Loved seeing them try to wade through all that has happened between them. Loved the secondary characters almost as much as these two. Small town setting and lots of memories. Really sweet love story.

I hope to see more of this couple in future books!

I really enjoyed this book! It was a wonderfully sweet story and I hated to see it come to an end. I thought it was awesome that she added in PennedCon. In all fairness, I have been a longtime fan of this author and Love, Again just reminded me of why. LP Dover is still my first love, she doesn't need a second chance, though I am so glad Aubrey got hers.
