This was probably my favorite of the series. Julianna was awesomely independent, and Wright was the go-getter. I was still missing a little meat to the story, but I really enjoyed how they helped each other break out of the misery and look for something new.

THE COWBOY'S STUBBORN SWEETHEART by Leslie North is a sweet short story. A second chance romance with a billionaire cowboy.

The story of Julianna and Wright - a second chance romance after she left Montana for New York years ago.
Now they are both back in Montana, after things have gone wrong in their professional lives.

The Cowboy's Stubborn Sweetheart is the third and final story in Leslie North’s Brothers of Cooper Ranch and a wonderful epilogue to this billionaire rancher series.

Wright Cooper is like a ship without a rudder; striving to commit to something meaningful that will benefit his beloved Montana, but finding that his best intentions, plus his money lead to deceit and corruption. Left feeling meaningless and lacking direction, he enlists the help of his long, lost love, Julianna.

Julianna has returned to Montana against her better judgement; licking her wounds after a disastrous venture in New York, and to fill in for her injured mother as the Cooper’s housekeeper. But why on earth does Wright Copper need to be right there at her every turn?

This was definitely my favourite story of the trilogy. The plot was light and serious at the same time, and the characters were real and believable. I liked the pace of the story and the underlying message to not lose sight of what makes you happy in your quest to make a difference. Ms North churns out these stories incredibly fast, but she never fails to keep her readers entertained and always wanting more.

I loved the way that Julianna kept cleaning Wrights glasses for him. Right from the beginning, it showed us a closeness that she didn't see yet. I like that this three book series could be read as stand alones, but still had a slight connection.
