A captivating story that beautifully showcases middle-grade books’ ability to smartly tackle current issues in a way that is engaging, inspiring, and accessible for the next generation of world-changers. Both the story and voice were lovely and captivating, with the perfect mix of heartbreak and hope so real and so needed in the world. Highly recommend!
