I was sad when this collection of short stories came to an end. All books must end, of course, but I wished that this one could go on and on, since each story was so wonderful. I am also reading Metaphorosis online now, so that it doesn't truly ever end!

Like most anthologies there are certain stories that great, some good and and the smallest percent are meh to meh. I would definitely recommend this magazine to any science fiction fan.

In any short story anthology the reader will get a wide variety of styles and readablity. This book is no different. The editor include short biographies of the authors along with their background of how the story came about. Many of these stories were hard to follow and I honestly skipped over a portion of them. Others were fun to read, especially if you like stories of centaurs.

As with most anthologies, some stories are pretty good and others are not so good (at least to a single reader). I'll take a chance on just about any anthology of science fiction stories, which is what I did here. I say that because (1) I hadn't heard of the epublication (i.e., website) that this anthologizes, and (2) I hadn't heard of any of the authors. That being said, some of these stories are not just, good, they're really good and I''ll be watching for more by the same authors. Others are good but end abruptly, leaving me wanting more. And a few just didn't do it for me. All in all, a good collection that I do recommend for the sci-fi aficionado.

Pretty good set of stories. I'm brand new to the mag, and may check out some future stories. These stories were varied in style, topic, setting, etc., and inconsistent in quality (like most collections) but generally solid. They're all about the same length, and are medium in length for short stories. Most of the authors appear to be fairly new authors, and that is on display here. But, they have solid starts and potential, and this anthology is probably better than average overall.
