This book offered great information, but it wasn't overly engaging for me. I learned some important points about pluralism and working in a plural culture but it wasnt an easy read.

4.0 era does not only bring technology advancement, but it also disrupt how we do our work. On this book, we will read about what we need to survive on the open market era.

David Clive share a lot of his experience dealing with multicultural workplace. It also talk a lot about cultural intelligence and there is a test we could take at the end of the book.

Very insightful read.

This book was very interesting it wasn't just about advises but he also poured out his life, experience, failure and success. It gave a new sight, new direction in taking action but also noticing obvious differences in life that we are so coward to admit it.
