Colorful illustrations, simple story for early readers. Great pictures of child and dad doing things together. Good read for dad and child.
I love My Mommy and Me and this is a wonderful book as well. I like the story and the colorful illustrations. Very cute!
Lions, dogs, bunnies, alligators, and bears make up the “Daddy and Me” pairs in this sweet picture book for toddlers. Daddy pushing a scooter or a swing, riding a bicycle, splashing in the pool, puddle-jumping, eating breakfast and other activities are the fun ways father and chid connect. Another colorfully-illustration title, destined to become a “read-it-again” favorite.
This is a sweet little book, and the perfect companion to My Mommy and Me. My 3 yr old and I both enjoyed this story about all the different things Daddies and their kids do together. The illustrations were cute, and perfect for this age range. I noticed the description said it will be a flap book, which my kids absolutely love. This would make an excellent gift!
This is a cute little book with emphasis on the relationship with a father and child and the various things they do together. It’s a little hard to review without the benefit of colour and which parts the flaps reveal as described at the end of the book.
I love the cute illustrations on every page. It is a simple book, meant for babies/toddlers and will be easy for them to understand. It’s just the right length, not too long, and giving various activities done with daddy. I think it would be a really good bedtime story as it ends with putting pyjamas on and going to bed. I would definitely buy this one for kids.
This book would be such a great gift to give a new parent or for a dad on fathers day to read to their little one. The illustrations were colorful and well done.
The book, My Daddy and Me, follows a youngster doing a number of different activities with his father. The compare how much they both love doing the different things (building a tower with blocks, jumping in puddles, going in the pool).
This would be very cute to read with a little one and talk about doing those different things and ask if they like to do them. It's not too gendered (these aren't necessarily male-dominated tasks).
I'd recommend this book to parents or care-givers of little ones aged 12-24 months.
This is a great companion to My Mommy and Me. Both books convey the feeling of happiness and security any child should have in their life. Everybody is smiling in this book. The illustrations are age appropriate, with cute little details and extremely vibrant colours. What I love about this book is the way it shows that modern Dads are involved in all sorts of activities in their child's life.
