Beth Cooper is moderately attractive but she pales into insignificance beside her sisters who are both drop dead gorgeous, tall, blonde and curvy while she is tiny and kind of flat chested, she's also a school teacher so she doesn't give off those super sexy vibes and one too many of her ex-boyfriends dumped her as soon as he saw one of her sisters. Beth has always had a soft spot for Autry Hill, the luscious cowboy with a near legendary reputation as a ladies man.
Autry has grown tired of his reputation, not all of it true, and is disappointed that his family believes everything they hear. When his parents offer to gift him the family ranch if he can stay away from women and scandal for six months he thinks its a bet he can win without breaking a sweat. Then a series of calamities thrust quiet, good girl Beth into his line of sight and he discovers this may be one woman who is immune to the legendary Autry smile, who doesn't appreciate his flirting, who calls him on his BS, but may also be the one person in town who believes in him wholeheartedly.
This is the third book in a series, I haven't read the previous books and it didn't hinder my enjoyment - it can easily be read as a stand-alone.
If you like charming cowboys, school teachers with a hidden wild side, bad boys acting as big brothers to troubled foster kids and a big old dollop of romance and misunderstandings then this is the book for you. I just loved it.
I received a free copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley in return for an honest review.

This is the second book I have read in this series and I loved this one just as much as the first.. I somehow missed book two which I bought immediately after finishing this one.
Honestly the idea of the parents setting up a celibacy challenge for their adult son seemed ridiculous to me and was my least favorite part of this story. Luckily it is not the main focus of the plot. and everything else is pretty is pretty adorable. Two people who have known each other for what seems like forever finally see one another in a different light as they bond over the care of a foster child. Sweet, funny, and full of heart this book is made for curling up with as an escape from the world.
I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

A great book by Kadie Scott, Taming the Troublemaker. Book three in The Hills of Texas series. The storyline with it's connections between the characters and plot grabbed me from the first page to the last. I look forward to reading the next in this series and more by this author

The story of Autry and Beth.
He is the town bad boy, and she is a school teacher, so what can they have in common? When they both start to help out a local foster child and spending more time together, Autry wonders why he has never noticed her before, but with his reputation will she give him a chance?

This author is brand new to me but she totally wowed me. This book is super fun, romantic and was a huge blast. I definitely have to read this series because I am missing out. This is book 3 in a series about a ranching family with4 sons and 1 daughter. This is Autry's story and he is the family blacksheep/playboy.
Beth and Autry have known each other forever but one night they have a run in and Autry falls in lust with her. Then he saves her and a skunk and ends up in community service where he helps a young kid and he is a students of Beth. This brings them both together alot and truly they can't stay away.
But Autry has agreed to 6 months of no women in a bet with his dad, can he keep the bet? Well you will love every second of this romance. It was a blast.

TAMING THE TROUBLEMAKER by Kadie Scott is the third book in the Hill Brother's story. This is a wonderful small town romance, with the town Romeo and an elementary school teacher. It's also a story about a ten year old boy in foster care, that needs them both. Absolutely a five 🌟 read!

I have never read a book by Mrs Scott and I loved this one. Beth and Autry’s store is so sweet. They have known each other since grade school but Autry is known at the town player and Beth the goodgirl. The sad part is Beth believes Aubrey would never be interest I her because she is just cute not the type Aurey goes for.
This book has it all. The feels, sexy scenes and a happy ending. I loved this book and can’t wait to read more books by Mrs.Scott.
I received an advanced copy for an honest review!

My heart was so full with the decision that Autry and Beth made concerning Dylan. Taming the Troublemaker, was a sweet romance.
