I've read this title because of another reader who asked me to compile a list of self-improvement guides being published this year.
There's a lot of good things in this book to take away: Ideas on how to make small changes, ways to view issues in your current lifestyle and so forth. But ultimately they didn't hold up in the same way other books would because they encouraged change in specific directions.
Diet success is also gaining weight, or becoming vegan, or whathaveyou. While this is touched upon, I think the "main agenda" was how to lose weight - not how to stick to _any_ form of diet.
I would recommend this book - with some sidenotes, though.
