A book full of positivity and optimism and even where it doesn't help you do understand loud and clear how the author believes it and it helps her.
An easy light read
Sadly for me this book didn't work for me and I think a good amount of other people as well, since this book has a very destinctive tone of a very privileged person trying to give advice without actually knowing real struggles of hearing a lot of nos and having problems becuse of that and needing a yes.
I ma sure that this book has maybe a handful of actual good advice in it that people can tweak to be useable for their needs, but a sense the book talks about it, I wouldnt say that it is an actual realistically self help book for the normal everyday person.

The arc came in a perfect time as I was just got rejected from a scholarship application. I like that it was concise, it felt like a brochure, even, than a book. It was a good thing tho as it gave short and comprehensive how to and made me swiping for more. We started at the 'no' then built up to how to receive 'yes', although author also acknowledged that sometimes a 'no' is a cold hard 'no', and by then she suggested to change our trajectory.
It's true that the book barely scratched the surface on how to get the 'yes' and I felt disconnected sometimes. However, it was still a nice, short read that some people would benefit.
Honest and in-depth advice for reaching your full potential. This advice is presented in easy to follow language that can be broken up and applied in pieces at a time.
Create Your Yes! Wow this is a no for me because it felt more like a ego booster for the author do to get self mentioning her movie. The advice is not so new either, you can find it in a million self help books.
Ermmmm... *Kindly rejects*
This whole book read kind of like a rich person trying to relate to the lower class and failing. Even when she talks about how you don't need to be a big shot or an entrepreneur and then follows up with a quote from her friend who works at warner Bros. Was that necessary? It was like a weird humble brag... saying friend would've sufficed.
She also mentions the movie she made countless times where it kind of just feels like self promotion.
Overall it just didn't work for me. Felt too cringey.
