I really tried with this book, and I am one to usually power through a book, even if I'm not enjoying it. I just could not finish this one. Sorry.
I had trouble following the storyline...lots of back and forth. It started good but something happened after that and I lost myself while reading it.
Cute, spunky but at times I got lost in the extra descriptions! I want to read more work from MJ to get a better feel for her writing style.
A fair romance story, with a touch of mystery. On the one hand, you have Regan, who has run home to Texas, who meets up with Hunter, a sexy alpha male. Naturally sparks will fly. Not a bad story, but was skimmable at times, and I never really got to feel much for the characters. Would still recommend though, as it did keep my interest to the end.
I liked the premise behind the story. I felt it moved a little slow at times. I was confused by both Hunter and Regan some of the time. I liked the idea of her big family but of course I didn't care for her mother.
Terrible, unoriginal and poor writing. Mills and Boon meets Nancy Drew. I could not make myself read beyond the first couple of chapters.
This book was just ok
I found it interesting but now amazing. I didn't find the characters likeable. I don't think that I would reccomend this book to a friend.
A good story with great characters. There is a lot going on in this one and it makes for a fast read. I enjoyed the writing style a lot and will be looking for more by the author.
