As a native Torontonian, I was really keen on getting into the book. Toronto Reborn highlights changes that have occurred in Toronto during the post war period and recent changes that have happened in the last decade. Laced with political issues of the present are also interesting stories in the city's past, and how these policies have shaped, instigated, or inspired these new innovative changes like Regent Park or the art work on the Waterfront. It's made me appreciate more the developments around and optimistic of Toronto's great future.
