The most interesting part of the book was the fact that there were drink recipes at the end. There's no lore to this; anything you want to know about the supernatural aspect is preexisting, so at least it's not confusing.

This appears to be the first book in a series and if the rest of them are as good as this one it will be a great series. I loved the book, it is full of action and tension with outside sources that cause for alarm. Tanner is an alpha wolf that has been banished from his pack by the alpha, his father, because he announced he was gay. While on his own, he comes across a dragon shifter that is caught in a bear trap but is too weak to release himself. Tanner hunts for food and returns it to the dragon and once he has eaten he releases the trap. Since dragons are dangerous Tanner keeps his distance and goes his own way. As Tanner’s finances start to dwindle, he applies for a job with little experience and the new boss is the dragon, Luca. Luca realizes Tanner is his mate and hires him. There is a lot more that happens in this book that involves a pack needing a leader before they go insane, another fated mate arrives at the end if the book and Tanner is growing stronger. So far, this book has caught my attention to the point that I can’t wait for the next episode to be available. I loved the book and would highly recommend it has a great read with the anticipation of more to come.
