ARC Review: Right off the bat Handle With Care (Book 3 in the Veteran Movers Series) by Marie Harte pulls you in and you fall in love with Kenzie, Rachel and Lila because they are crazy. They are nuts, in only the way that best girl friends can be and I love reading books that show real girl friendships (I am crazy like this with my best girls too). Evan is fantastic, just a real solid guy, who genuinely liked Kenzie. He did not play games, he wasn’t afraid to show his emotions and I loved how he immediately stepped into a role in Daniels life. Kenzie is scared and hesitant to start a relationship with Evan…she has baggage and then some but their journey, while rough because of her internal struggles, was what made the foundation of a great relationship. Plus, their chemistry was off-the-charts hot. This is sweet love story about not being afraid to love again and being willing to take risks. The secondary characters (Rachel, Will, Lila, Daniel & Smith) made this book, they were hysterical & the epitome of how a family can be made by the people in your life. I didn’t read the earlier books in the Veteran Movers series so I don’t think you have to in order to enjoy this book but I am going to go back and read them myself since I did enjoy this book so much. Handle With Care goes on sale on August 27, 2019. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

A delightful light read by Marie Harte. Evan and Kenzie had a memorable meet cute and through their journey to the start of their relationship and the building of their foundation readers can relate to what it is like or would be like for them to be in a relationship. The doubts, the second guessing and the choices one makes in a relationship comes through in a realistic way that flows smoothly through Harte's words. It doesn't shock you when it happens but it comes across as a natural progression that mimics life. There are some plot twists that I won't reveal but they do provide you with some entertainment and joy as you root for Evan and Kenzi. On another note, it is good to see the side characters more involved with the main plot than just the occasional helpful advice. They make the story more enjoyable and you fall for them and want to see them in their own stories just to get to know them better. This was my first book in this series and I'm looking forward to going back and reading the ones I've already missed. Check out this book for a fun and sweet romantic story. You'll love it.

Evan Griffith normally works as an accountant but steps into his friends shoes to help him out when he breaks his arm. Kenzie Sykes is thunderstruck when the hunky removal man turns up to help her friend move but is too scarred by her past relationship to take it further. I really enjoyed reading this book but feel as if I would have enjoyed it even more if I had read the first two books in the series. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. I really enjoyed this book. I'm glad that I didn't have to read it after the others. The characters were easy to love, especially Evan and the writing was great. Definitely be reading more in this series.

Thank you Netgalley, the author and publisher for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Simply a fun read. The male characters were entertaining and fun. They made you laugh, making this the perfect escapist reading. The friendship between the women was real, again making this book the perfect contemporary romance for today's readers.

I have really enjoyed the Veteran Movers series and I loved Handle with Care. Evan and Kenzie are a perfect match. The chemistry between them was explosive. I love how Evan was so easily accepted by Kenzie friends and family and they pulled for him from the very beginning of his and Kenzie's relationship. I can't wait for the next book in this series.

Marie Harte always writes a great romance. Handle with Care is part of the Veteran Movers series, no need to read in order.

I loved Evan and Kenzie's book! I already thought he was awesome from previous books, and she is just as great! I really loved the side characters and family members too!

I really could not get into this book at all. Maybe it was the cadence it was written in. I don’t really know. I have it 5 chapters and just couldn’t do it.

Handle with Care was Evan’s turn to find romance in the Movin On series. Evan has been a silent partner in the moving business operated by his two cousins. His role was limited due to a very demanding job with a well-known accounting firm. He has also spent time recovering from the death of his fiancé. When Evan decides it is time to get a life, he leaves the accounting firm to start his own business and play a larger role in the family business.

Kinsey has raised her younger brother since he was two-years-old, acting more as a mother than a sister. She was devastated after a long-term relationship and engagement ended and hasn’t been in a relationship since. Kinsey meets Evan when he helps one of Kinsey’s best friends move in with her boyfriend. They have an instant attraction, but Kinsey is afraid to get involved.

Kinsey eventually agrees to date Evan, but only if they keep their romantic relationship a secret from their friends and family. As their friends and family begin to interact and become friends, it becomes obvious to everyone that Evan and Kinsey have feelings for each other. Can two people who are both reeling from failed relationships find love?

In my opinion, this is the best book in the series to date. I look forward to the next book. Will it be Smith’s chance to find love?

Handle with Care (Veteran Movers #3) is an fun, steamy and thoroughly enjoyable read. Unfortunately I didn't realize that it was part of a series by author Marie Harte and found it a bit confusing at times keeping track of all the characters. I'll definitely be adding The Whole Package (#1) and Smooth Movers (#2) to my TBR list.

I just couldn’t get into this one. I have read the author in the past and enjoyed her, however this is part of a series and from the beginning I was confused. Thank you to netgalley for the ARC.

Sexy fun romance

Marie Harte’s Movin’ On series continues with book 4 Handle With Care. I love the whole crew of Vets on the Go the moving company Evan owns with his cousins. It’s during a move that Evan meets Kenzie and the chemistry between them is explosive. I really like that both of them healed as they spent time together. Kenzie’s brother Daniel was a wonderful part of the story as was Kenzie’s friends. There were some ups and down getting as the relationship grows. I read this in one sitting, I could not put the book down till I Kenzie and Ethan got their HEA. This book can be read as a stand-alone but I highly recommend the previous 2 books in the series and can hardly wait for book 4 which I hope will be Smith’s story.

Fun and romantic story that I liked but didn't love. It seemed like the only tension was the heroine having trust issues that she acknowledges but then still lets them rule her. She was sympathetic yet still annoying.

Handle With Care is part of a series, and although I read it as a stand alone, I recommend reading the series in order. The story will have more depth of characterization and flow more logically. Still, it's not a bad or great read but kind of middle of the road. I mean, cute couple, witty banter, loveable sidekicks, a few bumps in the road, and viola! I read it fast, and it's light. This one is a good read when you want something delightful that requires little thought. It's an escape for a bit. Overall, average read. Thanks to NetGalley for an arc in exchange for an honest review.

I love Marie Harte books and this one did not disapoint. Evan is a much more laid back character than the heroes of the previous books, but he totally held his own. The relationship between Evan and Kenzie is great, but what made the book for me was Kenzie's brother and friends. I found myself laughing out loud at times. A great installment of the series.

When I requested this novel I was into the ideal of reading this novel but shorty after I have lost interest in the concept. I believe that it would benefit your book more if I did not skim your book and write a rushed review. Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for taking the time to provide me an ARC of this novel.

I received an advanced reader's copy of Handle with Care by Marie Harte from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

I had read the previous novels in the Veteran Movers series by Marie Harte so I did have high expectations for a solid read and, happily, was not let down by Handle with Care!

Overall, I enjoyed this novel and I found it to be well written and the plot was fast paced. The primary characters' romantic start was less than ideal - our female lead character, Kenzie, meets Evan after her younger brother swipes Evan's phone (sort of a bid for attention and just to do it because he's an annoying teenager). From there, it was fireworks. Evan and Kenzie's banter throughout the novel constantly made me chuckle though and their chemistry was hot.

Can't wait for Smith's novel next!

Evan is lovely - he's sweet, handsome, considerate, and patient with Kenzie, all very fine qualities. The problem is that I was far more intrigued by his secret-no-secret grumpy, rude, taciturn, angry cousin Smith. I was a goner as soon as I read about Smith's tea party with the little girl. Forget perfect Evan, I want the totally imperfect Smith's story now.

Everyone knows that Evan is perfect. Kenzie's friends like him, her little brother Daniel adores him, even his mother's only criticism is that he can be a bit "clingy". But for stressed out, insecure Kenzie, a perfect guy like Evan isn't always the answer when she's trying to raise her little brother and run a business by herself. The problem isn't so much Evan but Kenzie trying to handle her many, many insecurities and doubts about herself and Evan. Lucky for her, Evan is perfect for her other than his weird hatred of tacos. So now can I please have Smith's story?

4 stars for grumpy Smith, 3 stars for perfect Evan, 3 stars for snarky little bro Daniel, 2 stars for whiny Kenzie = 3 stars

Thanks to NetGalley and publisher for generously providing an ARC for review!
