Great melding of history and a plan for moving forward. This book focuses on creating equity - boosting up marginalized groups, so they have a better chance at competing with those who have enjoyed privilege throughout history. I have to admit I don't know enough about economics to know how solid a plan the one proposed is, but I know the intended outcome would help level the playing field a bit.

I liked this. It is kind of empowering. Women have played so many important roles in history, but who bothered praising every single one of them? This book describes some major events in Women´s History that have had a great impact in today´s society.
