This was quite an interesting story. The first book I have ready by this author, Rosemary Bluebell kept me entertained until the very end.

The author's debut novel is about a young girl named Rosemary, who sets out on a journey in order to avoid her father, only to bring him back to life with the help that she receives from her mother who had initially passed on to a different conscious dimension.
It’s pretty neat!
My advice is, read this book until the very end; it's definitely worth the time.

Honestly, I just... No....
Couldn't get more than a chapter in, and it kind of felt like the narrative style was catered to children, while the language was far too mature

I loved the book cover. It pulled me into reading this book in the first place. The story outline was amazing and intriguing as well. I did have to re-read the beginning of the story a few times since the writing style is a bit different and difficult to understand. But after that it was simple and really fast to finish. The ending of the story where the father dies was too fast. It would of been better if it had more information on it. Like how did he get there, how did Rosemary get to the father, more details rather than the sword, blood that's it. Other then that I really enjoyed how different this story was.

This mesmerizing book cover seems to promise a story that will captivate our attention until the end. However, I quickly lost interest while reading. The writing style was trying too hard to be poetic and lyrical. I felt lost in the first few pages, and as the story went on I was even more confused about the plot, the world, and the characters that had no depth to them and were hard to connect with. Nothing was really introduced to us, but rather the story was told as if we already knew about this strange world. Thus, even though the story has an enchanting premise, it did not deliver for me. It felt more writer-oriented than reader-oriented, making it difficult to stay connected with the story and the characters.

A fascinating premise, with loads of originality and plenty of potential. But it kept losing me with its narrative style. Where I would have loved to get some melodic description, I found basic description and characters whose voices sounded the same. We get a good j0urneying plot, and again the author makes much of the very unique and creative premise with the ability make plants appear (neat!) It's a light read, quickly done, and satisfying in its flow. There's something to be said for a brisk narrative without tremendous depth. Sometimes you just want to glide along and take in the storytelling, rather than immerse into a complex story. That said, worth your time.
