This was thoroughly enjoyable. It's a great book to while away a summer's afternoon. I love the cats and their magical qualities somehow don't seem out of place in a completely non-magical world.

A pleasant entry in the long-running Magical Cats series. When an obnoxious businessman is killed and Kath's brother's bandmate is briefly suspected, she determines to investigate. Owen and Hercules are their usual helpful, inscrutable selves.
