Puzzlesnacks was an entertaining book to read. It got my brain thinking and I think others will enjoy this puzzle book as much as I did. ARC provided by Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

This book is great for puzzle lovers; it has a nice variety and they aren't impossibly hard. It would be perfect for taking on a plane or car trip, too!

This was a great collection of word puzzles. There's variety enough to satisfy anyone's taste and difficulty level. If you're a puzzle hound, be sure to check this collection out!

Very entertaining Difficult enough to make you think and easy enough to not give up and get frustrated..

This is a fun puzzle book. I haven't completed every one yet, and I must admit there have been a couple that I messed up and had to scratch out and skip. I enjoyed the variety the author included.

Since this was a complimentary ARC I can't really complain about the quantity, but if I were to see this at the bookstore I would probably only spend the suggested retail of $13 if there wasn't a current variety magazine available from Penny press etc since those usually have at least 100, often times 2-300, for half the suggested price.

This was a fun way to spend some time, as the puzzles challenged, but didn't frustrate me. I highly recommend this book!

I love puzzle books and this one was great. These were the perfect size. They were hard enough to keep my brain busy but short enough that I could finish one in one sitting and felt accomplished. I really enjoyed the puzzles I completed. The Gotta Split puzzles are working my brain- so much fun!

This book contains a good number of puzzles for your solving pleasure. There are some very unique puzzles and multiples of each type (some of these you don't get the hang of until you complete the first one). The book then offers hints and solutions. I like the hints as it helps my brain work on new puzzle formats while allowing me to finish the rest of it.

This "wordy" puzzle book is entertaining and will appeal if you like crossword puzzles. There are many types of puzzles, lots of different layouts (some I'd never seen before) with each type being repeated around 3-4 times at most.

The only problem I had with it is that the spellings and some of the general knowledge are very US-orientated. For example - spelling theatre as theater; being expected to know all the US presidents by number as well as name, and knowing what image appears on US coins.

Still, many hours of brain-teasing entertainment to be enjoyed here.

If you like word puzzles, you will like this book. There are various kinds of puzzles at a variety of difficulty levels so there should be something for everyone. What a fun book!

The puzzles were fun and entertaining. I also enjoyed the variety. However, I did find it hard to initially locate them when I downloaded the book to my kindle..

If you like brain challenging puzzle games that you can solve without having many hints, then this is the book for you. I found these so fun to do. Would make a great gift for that person who loves brain games.

This is the perfect puzzle book to keep handy so you can 'snack' on the various puzzles when time permits. The history nehond this book's creation is provided which was interesting. This is the perfect gift book for puzzle lovers and will make a perfect travel companion. I can't wait for publication as it will be one of must haves for the end of summer! I have my pencil sharpened and ready to go!

When I was growing up my grandpa subscribed to a magazine called Games. This reminds me of a large edition of that magazine’s word games.

Fun. Some are easier than others. I’ve found that if I get stumped on one puzzle, I’ll move on. Solve a few others. Then go back as being away from a puzzle for a bit generally lets me something new I hadn’t seen before.

If you like word puzzles, you’ll like this book. If you prefer other types of puzzles, this isn’t the one for you.

I’m a puzzle book junkie!! I love books that make you think and yet incredibly fun to finish. I love Eric Berlin’s puzzles & I’m over the moon for an entire book of them. A big variety of al kinds of the best word puzzles. You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to figure out either. Absolutely perfect for mid grade school age kids to adults.

Intro talks about how this book was created with help from his daughter.
Everyday words and some twists make this a good brain games, shortened from the size of NY Times daily puzzles, just a snack.
I like the different layouts and how to work the puzzles is given prior to the puzzles.
This would be a perfect book for an older child to bring on the plane because you need a bit of concentration but you'd be moving along at a good speed, solving the puzzles.
Extra content included at the end. Looks very complicted when you first open the book and glance through the pages, patience it is very easy and simple to solve the puzzles.

I honestly thought the puzzle books was going to be able to be downloaded for my kindle and because I couldn't I was not able to do these puzzles at work which is really what I wanted. I did a couple at home though and enjoyed them.
