This is another excellent thriller / mystery by Watson with an ending that will leave your jaw on the floor! Exhilarating with just the right level of creepy, I devoured this over a weekend (of not getting much else done!) Cleverly plotted and brilliantly written, highly recommend.
What an amazing thriller this had so many twists and turns I felt like I was on a rollercoaster and I love a good plot twist fantastic
Lucy, a teacher along with her loving husband live a contented life in a very on Mulberry Avenue. When Amber, a TV weather reporter moves in next door, she and Lucy get along like a house on fire. So when Amber starts getting threatening messages Lucy invites Amber to stay at her house for safety purposes. But can Amber seriously be trusted or does she have a hidden agenda?
The Woman Next Door by Sue Watson is an excellent psychological thriller with lots of secrets and twists and turns to discover that keeps misleading the reader .
I would like to thank Bookouture & NetGalley for providing an ARC of this book in exchange for my honest and fair review
Luckily I am on holiday which meant I didn’t need to stop reading! There were enough characters in the book to create the intrigue of what the truth could be without feeling like there were too many to remember! Felt sympathy, anger and frustration for the characters and loved the ending. Having a rest before my next book. Thanks Sue and I look forward to the next one.

This is the review of The Woman Next Door (All Her Secrets).
“They shared their secrets and promised each other they would never tell a soul.”
Lucy has been married to her loving husband, Matt, a drama teacher for ten years and has a job she adores as a teacher, and a house on Mulberry Avenue that she’s decorated just the way she wants. Life isn’t perfect, but it’s pretty close.
Lucy best friend and neighbor, Amber have so much in common. Glamorous rich woman, Amber, a TV weather girl on national TV, lives just three houses down from Lucy, in the most gorgeous house on the estate. Amber isn’t married and doesn’t have a regular boyfriend but she is a party animal and attracts the men at the bar like a bee to honey. Lucy feels like they have known each other for ever.
But then Amber starts acting distracted, and tells Lucy that she thinks she might be pregnant, and confiding in Lucy that she’s started getting threatening messages.
Amber is scared and turns to her best friend, Lucy for protection. Lucy invites Amber to stay over at their house until things calm down.
Lucy wants to protect her friend. But can she really trust Amber?
Nothing is as it seems…
This is an excellent fast-paced addictive psychological thriller/domestic drama that will keep you guessing, lots of suspects, secrets and twists along the way make this an addictive read.
Many thanks to the author, Bookouture and Net Galley for my digital copy.
What would you do when you see someone new has moved into the house a few doors down? Would you give a friendly wave when you meet them in the shops or on the street or stop for a little chat? Or would you rather go and knock on their door to introduce yourself and invite them to spend time together?
Some people might take you up on it straight away. Some need a little more time, but it can either way be the beginning of a great friendship even though both parties can be total opposites.
When your new friend is being stalked, you don’t need to think twice. You invite them in your home even though your husband is not really their biggest fan. But isn’t that what a loving husband does: placate their wives when they really want something?
Is Amber really a good friend or does she use people and throws them away afterwards? Or is it Lucy who is the bad egg pretending to help Amber? Whose site it Matt, Lucy’s husband on? And who is that stalker?
A few times I thought: ‘hmm, something weird is going on here. Some things don’t add up.’ So I had my suspicions. I was right about some, wrong about others. 😊
I enjoyed this story a lot. All that glitters is not gold. That is something we always should keep in mind. 5 stars
Thank you
There are so many psychological domestic thrillers out there at the moment and things have become quite samey so I went into this with a doubtful mind. In fact, this one wasn’t like all the others and was so refreshing to read!
Saying too much would give things away but this was well thought out with believable twists and turns, some of which I didn’t guess!
This is the perfect physiological domestic thriller and a great read.
Sue Watson is fast becoming one of my favourite authors and it’s a true 5 star read.
I’d definitely recommend it.
I struggled through this book to the end. Lucy was pathetically grateful for a new friendship, dropping her old friend for a new one. Amber was totally selfish. The final character was two faced and unbalanced. Not a nice person either in any way. All in all, three thoroughly unlikeable characters. However, there were redeeming qualities to this book, some good shock aspects. I will be waiting to read this author's next book!
The Woman Next Door by Sue Watson was a quick easy read that was a fun read, it felt like it was taken from a good old british soap opera, this new book had everything you need Lies. obsession, stalking, infidelity, and so much more.
Big Thank you to Netgalley for the opportunity to read and review this book and I look forward to reading more books by this author.
This was a really good psychological thriller that gripped me from the start. I was completely bowled over by the ending. I was t expecting that at all. A few things irritated me however but as I don’t want to create spoilers I won’t mention them here. 3.5⭐️
Lucy is teacher that happily married and have good life , she gets new neighbour , that glamorous and beautiful weather presenter, As Lucy befriend her looking for excitement everything start to unravel .
Lucy was irritating character but the book was quick and you cannot stop as the story was going fast.
I had two scenarios from the beginning, either the Lucy is the stalker or her husband and Amber are playing her. Whatever it’s happening, the book was going very fast. It’s quick read.
Couldn't put this book down! I found it totally gripping from start to finish. Lots of twists and turns to keep you guessing and a pretty shocking ending. Can't wait to read more from the author!
I loved it! I didn't want to put it down. I was intrigued from the first page and it kept me guessing until the very last chapter. Great twist. Great story. Great characters. I would definitely recommend this.
I received this digital arc from netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

I would especially like to thank the Bookouture publishing house and the Netgalley website for allowing me to read this book.
I loved "Our little lies", this one even more.
The story takes place on Mulberry avenue where we find Lucy, a professor, married. She and her friend and neighbor Amber have a lot in common. Until one day Amber is different from usual and she confides to Lucy that she might be pregnant and she receives threatening messages. She is very scared and Lucy is the only person she can count on and she wants to stay home until everything is sorted out.
A book read in one go, so much so that I hooked on to the story, so moving in certain passages, full of suspense and twists, addictive, captivating and with endearing characters.
thank you for the opportunity to read this book and I really enjoyed it, it wasn't what i was expecting and will definitely look up this author again
Ok, so this book has the title " All Her secrets" in my kindle. Not sure why there is a name change.
But I think the new title is more suitable for the story than "All Her Secrets", because you will realize that not all secrets are hers alone.
I liked the end, but that was because I was patient enough to continue the book. The first half had Lucy being so oblivious, that I wanted to smack her head for being too trusting. I mean, who does that ? I thought that the part where Lucy gets Amber to stay with her throughout her pregnancy and takes care of her child was way too overboard. No one does that! And that illicit affair could be seen coming miles away. You would really have to be so naive to not get clued in. I was so pissed at Lucy.
But I guess, the last few chapters, after Lucy's arrest redeemed the story in my eyes. The last chapter was surprising and you could see that they both were played so well :)
Am I sad for Amber, no. And actually, not for Lucy too. So, I am kind of pissed now. At Lucy and at Amber. One too stupid and one too selfish.
This book has it all...a stalker, infertility, characters you'll love to loathe, a mysterious and nameless POV popping up every few chapters, a few twists and a delicious conclusion.
I was SO hooked from page one. Lucy and Matt are happily married and when Amber, a minor celebrity in town, moves in a few doors down, Lucy is enraptured and befriends her immediately.
So well written so tense drew me right in kept me up reading late into the night.Tense chilling with twists and turns this is an author I will be following.#netgalley#bookoutture
