Rafi Al-Hakim and Bobby meet when she comes to a desert country to teach. They must find their future and common ground amidst the danger threat to the throne. Good characters built into a world the reader enjoys and learn more about.
Ebook from Netgalley and publishers with thanks. Opinions are entirely my own.
Her Desert Horseman by Marie Tuhart is book Three in the Desert Destiny Series. This is the story of Rafi Al-Hakim and Bobbie Anderson. I have read the previous books and I do feel that help me to enjoy this book with the character's background but if you wish you could make it a standalone book.
Bobbie is a special needs teacher who makes the bold decision to move to help a special needs child in the Middle Eastern Kingdom. There she meets Rafi who she thinks might be a thief but she later learns who he really is.
This was a quick, steam easy read.
Fabulous tale of a young schoolteacher who goes to the fictional country of Bashir to teach a ward of the palace. While there she meets a prince, the brother of the king and the sparks flew!!
Wonderful characters. It is a part of a series, but stands all on it's own. I have not read the previous stories, but I will definitely go back to read them!
This was a perfectly lovely book, the characters where awesome and the story really kept you engaged and interested!
Bobbie Anderson has come to Bashir to teach a young boy who has special needs following a trauma. She wasn’t expecting to become attracted to one of the princes and struggles to resist. Rafi Al-Hakim is bewitched by the foreign teacher and cannot understand why she has reservations about their love. Pleasant enough if a bit low key. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
I received an arc from NetGalley and this is my honest opinion. Bobbie meets Rafi while he is sneaking into the palace. Little does she know he is a prince. Once Rafi sees Bobbie it is love at first site and while he falls for her hard and fast Bobbie is still holding one secret back that could affect his right to the throne.
Will Rafi find a way to be with Bobbie and be happy even in the midst of royal protocol? I love this series and hope to read Khalids story soon.
Bobbie travels to the middle east to take a position to work with a special needs’ child. There she meets Rafi; she thinks he is a thief but what will happen when she learns the truth? Fast-paced read with plenty of twists and turns, great chemistry and an entertaining story. I liked it.
Bobbie Anderson makes a life changing choice accepting a position in a Middle Eastern kingdom to help a troubled young child. Finding herself attracted to a man she assumes is a thief is a great risk. When I started reading I couldn't put it down.Marie Tuhart is magnifysent and amazing writer.I cannot wait to read more of there books.Keep up the great work. You should definitely read this book. Can't wait for the next book.
Another wonderful trip through the Arabian desert along with a romantic tale by Ms. Tuhart. Her words bring up in your mind of the royal palace, the market square, or any other place where the story unfolds. So realistic you can sense the desert heat permeating your body - as well as the hot and steamy scenes. There is mystery, intrigue, and spying that will take hold of your interest so strongly that you will have to read it all in one sitting.
I received an arc from NetGalley in exchange for my honest review.
The third book in Marie Tuhart’s Desert Destiny has and easy ebb and flow to the storyline and wonderful characters that are charismatic and engaging. Each book in the series can be read as a standalone, but to appreciate the true impact of the family dynasty and the underlying storyline that flows throughout the series, I would definitely recommend starting from book one. This series has great world building, with an array of interesting and complex characters, danger and intrigue, and fun moments that often turn into total chaos. I truly enjoyed this book and all that came before it.
