Held as one of the best thriller writers out today Thor doesn’t hold back on Backlash. Long time character Harvath again to prove he’s one of most lethal agents ever. Great action and as always Thor nails it. Highly recommend.

Scott Harvath awakens in a plane crash in Russia surrounded by Russian military who have captured him for questioning. Harvath must escape in the Arctic region of Russia and make his way to someplace safe while being hounded by Russian Special Forces determined to recapture him. Added to the perils of surviving in below freezing temperatures he is faced with question of who can he trust. This book will keep you on the edge of your seat.

This was an excellent book. If you enjoyed any of the author's previous books, you must pick this one up. It starts with Scot Harvath being kidnapped and those closest to him being gunned down. Harvath is forced to employ every trick in his arsenal to not only stay alive but to bring justice to those responsible. It is the type of book you can't put down once you start.

I've read all of Brad Thor's books and have enjoyed them all. Easy to read and fast paced. I highly recommend this book, and any other book he's written.
