'Fuzzy Baseball' by John Steven Gurney is a graphic novel about animals playing baseball.

It's the day of the big game between the Fernwood Valley Fuzzies and the Rocky Ridge Red Claws. With players named Jackie Rabbitson, Sandy Kofox, and Hammy Sosa, it's sure to be a good one. The Fuzzies are the nice guy team and the Red Claws know it and have the advantage. That is, until a rookie for the Fuzzies makes an observation that may turn the game around.

This was a fun story for younger readers (and baseball fans), and the art is really great! I'm not sure young readers will get all the baseball name puns, but I could be wrong.

Super cheesy, but I'm a sucker for anything baseball and anything with animals. I love that the characters names are puns :)

This was a short, cute comic about team spirit and staying positive! I liked Blossom Honey Possum's outlook! Great for the kiddos!
