I was provided an e-arc from netgalley to read and review
I unfortunately missed the opportunity to read
I really like these DC Superhero books for Children. They take a superhero and parallel his daily activities and happenings with that of a child. In this book they are comparing a child getting ready for his birthday to a day in the life of Batman. The text is simple and easy to read and understand. The illustrations are absolutely adorable, with the young boy smiling so wide. A great way to teach children that they can overcome and be brave. These would be great books for those children who love superheroes. My grandson enjoyed this story and thought the little boy was just like Batman.
Good kids book. Batman always a favorite with kids. Great illustrations! What better way to celebrate than with a birthday! Kids will enjoy this book.
This DC series has been a hit with the kids in my house and my classroom. The easy flow between superhero and every day child hero is wonderful. We love how children can conquer challenges just like their favorite super heroes. This will be perfect for birthdays as gifts or to read on special days.
I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. Thank you NetGalley.
Seriously, another adorable Batman book. My five year old son loves these books. I love the illustrations.
Another adorable book! My son loves Bedtime for Batman, so I was excited to check this out! My son is just under two and I love that these books have his favorite character, Batman, while being totally appropriate for his age.
Thank you NetGalley for making this book available in exchange for my honest review.
This is a fun book for a birthday kid who loves Batman. They will see all the heroes and villains they love from the superhero's story and enjoy getting ready for the boy's birthday party.
This is such a cute series of books in which the protagonist, and a superhero match up their days. Wonder Woman might be fighting crime, and the protagonist is fighting to get their homework done.
In this version, the progatonist is getting ready for their party, and Batman is going about their day. The child is so happy, it is infectious.

This whole series is a delight, and there are stories that star both girls and boys. Highly recommended.
Thanks to Netgally for making the book available for an honest review.
The illustrations in this book are phenomenal. I would give this five stars if there were more to the story. It’s a super simple story and there aren’t as many words as I would like. It’s a quick easy read with adorable pictures though. I would definitely think about getting this as a gift! I recommend checking this out and seeing the beautiful imagery.
The blend of super hero to kid is perfect in all these stories, and this one is no different. Such a great addition to any super hero obsessed kid's collection.
Mom: We own the other four books of this set – Good Morning, Superman!, Be A Star, Wonder Woman!, Bedtime for Batman, Sweet Dreams, Supergirl – so I had little doubt we’d enjoy this newest book, too.
MC: It was great!
Mom: Personally, I enjoy matching the characters and activities in the superhero’s panel with the goings-on of the “real-life”/child’s activities. Helping MyChild recognize the parallels can lead to fun conversations about what is similar and what is different.
MyChild: My favorite part was that the pinata looked like the Joker!
Stars: 5
