When I requested this novel I was into the ideal of reading this novel but shorty after I have lost interest in the concept. I believe that it would benefit your book more if I did not skim your book and write a rushed review. Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for taking the time to provide me an ARC of this novel.

Cute, quick read. I liked the push and pull between the main characters and I definitely came to like a few of the side characters that I'm hoping will get their own stories told in the future!

The story of Rose and Matthew.
They meet after she responds to one of his tweets.

The book was split between both of their points of view, and sometimes I sturggled to keep up with the timescales as it jumped between the two..

This is the first book I have read by Pamela Q. Fernandes and I really enjoyed her writing style. This story about Rose, a teacher, and Mathew, a cricket captain, is told in third person dual-POV. I liked reading both main characters' perspectives. I really wanted to root for the characters' relationship but it was kind of hard to follow. I really enjoyed the first third of the book where Rose was in New York staying with Mathew. While some of her actions/choices were questionable, this portion of the book seemed believable. Once they left New York the story and time frame were difficult to follow. I am still not totally sure the length of time the story spanned.

Overall I enjoyed the writing style of Fernandes, but found the story to be a bit challenging to follow.
