You just can not go wrong with this book. You really can't. This book is the new love of my life. Definitely help my eating keto a lot more enjoyable. I tend to like lots of pictures in my cookbooks and nice presentation of the foods and this book delivered on that point. The sweets are healthy and fast to make. Most are budget friendly. Makes dieting fun lol.

This cookbook had some really great Keto recipes that definitely fed your sweet cravings. The recipes were easy to understand and not too complicated for the average cook. I enjoyed the illustrations and look forward to making these recipes for years to come.

Now this is a cookbook I can get behind. I have such a sweet tooth, yet this cookbook makes me feel like I can make the recipes and not feel guilty for having a sweet treat.

I haven't finished looking through all of the recipes, but I have found a few that I think I will keep in my recipe book. I have a severe sweet tooth, and I found this cookbook helpful in giving me ideas when making my favorite desserts.

This book is great for someone who has been trying to find new recipes for the Keto diet plan. I always have to have something sweet at the end of the day, and this one met the requirements for something yummy and surprisingly easy. One thing that I really liked was the fact that the ingredients are not hard to find, and were not that expensive considering what I have paid in the past for specialized recipes. I also love a book with pictures, and this did not disappoint. Thank you so much to the author, publisher, and Netgalley for the honor, and yummy pleasure, of reading this book as an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Great for those looking to try the keto diet but want to keep sweets in their lives. Great purchase for libraries looking to expand their collection, especially right now with new year resolutions under way.

What could go wrong with a cookbook about sweets? Nothing, thats what. The book was beautifully designed and photographed. The recipes were easy to follow and make. Would definitely consider picking up a physical edition.

This is my third and last keto cookbook to review. I have decided that while it is definitely easier to carry several cookbooks around on my tablet it just isn't the same as having the cookbook itself in my hands when I am looking at recipes or setting up my cooking station. This one starts out with some great history, as well as information on what the different types of flours are and the importance of a binding agent follow by some simple but important cooking tips. The recipes are varied and there is a decent amount of chocolate recipes and more importantly the ever popular fat bomb recipes so you can have some pleasure without the guilt. Definnelty a good one to have on hand if you are looking to be bad while still trying to be good, or as Dave Asprey says, it's a choice.

This Keto cookbook was just what I was looking for. I have a major sweet tooth and to keep keto sustainable i needed something to cure that sweet tooth. This cookbook helped enormously. It has great recipes and would recommend to everyone

Finally a cookbook that gives my sweet tooth something to bite into while still keeping keto. As I read through the recipes, I found that I had most if not all of the ingredients readily available in my home. I can't wait to really dig into these recipes and try them out!

Such an excellent cookbook for Keto ad Whole30 followers! Easy, innovative, and informative recipes to create your own sweet treats within the Keto diet. Fat bombs, desserts, custards, and cookies are part of the Keto diet when using the correct ingredients. I will be purchasing this book for myself and others. Numerous recipes, all of which are easy to follow and made with easy to find ingredients. This will help you create your own sweet treats. Front and Center on my cookbook shelf!

As someone new to Keto this book is a godsend. There are many delicious printed and online resources for keto meals, snack and fat bombs but finding good keto baking and sweets is truly hit and miss.

Day adds a few ingredients to your keto arsenal to create beautiful baking, custards and ice creams. Day explains the necessary of each ingredients so not only are you adding it to your meals but you are learning how each affect your cooking. Best of all, everything can be found in a grocery store.

There is a luscious variety of sweets in this book and there is something for everyone. Day has a recipes for standards like New York style cheesecake, chocolate chip cookies and pumpkin pie as well as delicacies like tiramisu and creme brulee.

I have the biggest sweet tooth and that was one of the largest hurdles I had to get over when starting keto. Well this cook book is fabulous! Amazing recipes that are so "normal" that I would feel comfortable serving them to non keto friends and family (keep in mind that some of the sugar alcohols react poorly for some people)

The best part is that the book provides NET CARBS! I dont have to calculate that which is amazing.

This book is a blessing! I have been on the Keto diet lifestyle for almost a year...down 40 pounds. This book gives lots of desserts with the nutrition values included. Aaron Day has given us recipes that he has designed. If you are familiar with Keto you will recognize all of the ingredients he uses. The first part of the book gives details about those ingredients and how to use them. I can't wait to start trying them out!

THESE LOOK AMAZING!!! I'm so glad to have found this book. With the holidays coming, sticking to Keto is going to be extremely difficult for me; 1 because I'm super picky and 2. because I have NO self control when it comes to food. I will definitely be trying out some of these yummy desserts for the holiday gatherings I'll be attending. I've made a few dessert-like foods already and they are actually pretty delicious!

This is exactly the kind of cookbook that I love...beautiful colored pictures, easy to follow recipes and so many wonderfully yummy recipes, all that are true keto! This is a great addition to any keto diet that wants sweets in their diet plan!

Thank goodness for this book! I've been trying to follow a ketogenic lifestyle for about 5 months now, but I have to admit--my sweet cravings were really defeating me. I'd make it a few weeks and then lose my mind and binge on cookies or cake or something because I wanted something sweet so badly. This book is solving my problem! Filled with excellent sweet recipes, there is something in here sure to satisfy even the worst sweet cravings! There is excellent educational information at the beginning, super helpful for someone like me who isn't necessarily used to cooking with some of these non-conventional baking ingredients. Most recipes feature full color tempting photos so you know what the end result SHOULD look like (I'm trying, really!), but not all. All recipes do include the nutritional information, vital for all low carb or ketogenic eaters. Most recipes I have tried so far have been fairly easy to follow and most importantly: they are helping me stay on plan and not undo all the great work I've been doing!
