This book is something I definitely needed in my life and at the same time I probably shouldn't have it. Hahahaha. This cookbook jumps right in. The beginning gives you a little break down about the keto diet, and talks about how sugar affects your body. It covers some basics on flours and other ingredients needed in keto baking. The recipes look delicious! I can't wait to try them all. The pictures are beautiful. You get 80 recipes for keto sweets. I would definitely recommend!

I’m so impressed with this cookbook! There is such a huge variety of recipes, and I love the fact that there are so many photos- that’s hugely important to me in cookbooks. I am new to Keto, and am really missing my sweets- there are so many recipes here I can’t wait to try! Cinnamon donuts, pumpkin cheesecake, YUM! I can’t wait to bake my way through this book!
I'm a fan of Aaron Day's blog and was excited to get to review Keto Sweet Tooth Cookbook. A lot of times when you go through a cookbook a good chunk of the recipes are things you will never want to make. That is not the case with this one. Aaron is taking our everyday classic desserts and making them keto-friendly! You will find things like Boston cream pie, lemon meringue pie, tiramisu, biscotti and a ton more. I personally love that. These are the recipes we miss being low carb and he's bringing them back on the table.
This is a really beautiful cookbook filled with lots of yummy keto treats! The pictures are so good they make you want to eat everything in the book! (not the best for a diet lol). I am really looking forward to making lots of treats for my family!
I have probably the biggest sweet tooth in the world which is part of the reason I love the Ketogenic way of living. It is easy to still satisfy a sweet tooth but I tend to have much less cravings for sweets when in ketosis for whatever reason. Still, I have mostly made sweet fat bombs and cheesecake fluff and while good those things gets tiring. I love that all of the old favorites are available in sugar free versions in Keto Sweet Tooth, utilizing Keto friendly sugar alcohols and natural sweetners like stevia. If I want a cookie, I can find a recipe in this book. If I need to make a birthday cake there are no shortage of options. All of the recipes in the book sound delicious and I can't wait to get in the kitchen and try many of them out. I recommend this book to anyone living a low carb or ketogenic lifestyle.
This is a voluntary review of an advanced copy.
I loved that this book had such a variety of different desserts and started out with an explanation of the different flours and sweeteners that you need to create each dessert. There is even the nutritional data at the bottom of each recipe so you know what your carb count and calories are for each bite you take!
I did try a couple of the recipes and had to try them a couple of times to get better results so I really wish there was a way to ask questions when I ran into issues!
The chocolate chip recipe was one I tried and I do have to say that this is one time that my husband who does not do Keto wanted a second cookie! Usually, I hear that what I made is not that good so it is high praise when he says it is good and wants another taste!
The layout and presentation of this cookbook is beautiful. The recipes are easy to follow and the photos will make your mouth water and make you want to get in the kitchen and get cooking!
Very nice cookbook. I'm just getting started researching keto so I like the fact that there are recipes out there for me to try and keep my sweet-tooth happy.
Ok, so every time I have tried to view the cookbook, it just seems to not load for me. I am hoping that I can get a physical copy to use for recipes, but super about not being able to fully review this cookbook. This makes me sad :(..

I LOVED this book and cannot wait to get started on some of these recipes. There were not only gorgeous pictures accompanying some of the delectable desserts, but the instructions were also straight to the point and seemingly easy to follow. What I especially loved about the book was that it was not just a recipe book- it explained why the keto diet is so successful, why wheat and white flour are prohibited, and how the substitution of certain ingredients makes them work for the diet AND how these effect the baking process.
Having quite the sweet-tooth of my own, I am very much looking forward to using some (if not all) the recipes within this book.
There is information at the beginning to explain how keto works, nut flours, using bonding agents and other cooking basics. Nice to see the desserts/sweets cookbook for those who are on this diet can have.
Keto dieting is supposed to be easy. But sometimes it can become monotonous and without any sweet treats in your repertoire it can be daunting.. After almost 4 weeks on the Keto wagon I really needed some ideas for carb free desserts. This book gives you ideas galore and the instructions are very easy to follow for a cook somewhere in the intermediate range but not an expert by any means.
Thank you for the clear layout and delicious recipes. So far I have only tried the biscotti recipe so far on my own and was happy with the result Keto or not they were good. .
Thank you to Net Galley and the publisher for a chance to read and review.
While I"m not on the Keto train, I can appreciate this cookbook. The recipes sound really good. I've never cooked with Xanthan Gum or Granular Eryrithol and to be honest I'm a little wary, but willing to give it a shot. The only recipe that had me raising a brow as the cinnamon buns with mozzarella and cream cheese....definitely passing on that one. All in all, this is a solid for the Keto individual or just someone wanting to have the sweets without the sugar.

Good ideas for Keto diet sweets. Recipes are straight forward enough. Not daunting. Great for people struggling to transition to the Keto lifestyle.
Amazing cookbook. I have been looking for new keto recipes that allow me to get my sugar fix and these are great! The pictures are beautiful and the recipes easy to follow.
I am currently at the beginning of exploring the Keto diet as I'm always looking for ways to eat healthier. This book caught my eye because I have such a sweet tooth and if there is a way to make some of my favorite desserts healthier I am all for it! This book did not disappoint! The author starts out with a basic description of the Keto diet, tips for using certain ingredients and prepping the Keto kitchen. I really liked that he incorporated allergy and dietary restrictions/preferences into his ingredient list (such as nut flours for those who need gluten free and binding agents that can be used by vegans and vegetarians). I've already made the coconut bars (yum!) and the mint chocolate shake (I tweaked this to used non dairy ice cream- delicious!) and can't wait to explore all of the other delicious sounding recipes! The pictures throughout the book are beautiful and just add to my desire to make every single recipe in this book! Thank you Netgalley and DK for an ARC copy in exchange for an honest review.
This cookbook is seriously AMAZING!! I love sweets and it delivered on them completely! And all for no or very few carbs too! The pictures are delectable, the recipes sound amazing, there are nutritional facts as well as being allergy friendly with recipes marked egg-free, wheat-free etc.
There is a wide variety of types of sweets and all are fairly easy to make too. Beware, if you get this cookbook, your other recipe books for sweets are sure to gather dust because this has everything you will need!
Full disclosure: I am not a believer in the ketogenic fad. I am, however, interested in eating healthier by cutting carbs .... and I LOVE dessert! I approached the reading of this book with an eye to finding some dessert recipes that I could incorporate into my own diet.
I plan to try the Lemon Coconut Cake with Cream Cheese Icing and the Blueberry Chia Pudding looks fantastic! Chocolate Chip Cookies are a staple in my home, so I look forward to giving this gluten and sugar free recipe a try, along with the Peanut Butter Cookies, Gingerbread Cookies, Snickerdoodles, Lemon "Sugar" Cookies and Coconut Cookies. I just need to stock up on some of the flours and sweeteners listed in the recipes.

I always found myself eating unhealthy food on keto and most times it was sweet. This book is amazing for those like myself with a sweet tooth.
This is organized and comes full of beautiful pictures! I'm excited to try these delicious sounding recipes.
From muffins to cakes, to pies to ice cream, the Keto Sweet Tooth Cookbook is chock full of recipes for making keto-compliant desserts. The opening section of this book includes helpful primers on ingredients that are part of the keto diet, including flours, binding agents, and sweeteners. These lists and explanations will be helpful to those looking to make keto ingredient substitutions in their own recipes, including non-desserts.
