As with any self-help, the tips are only half the story - it's the ability of the reader to put them into place that's the real test. This book turns concepts into actionable advice, and is very helpful.

Honest and in-depth advice for reaching your full potential. This advice is presented in easy to follow language that can be broken up and applied in pieces at a time.
