I've loved Hannah Hart since the early days of My Drunk Kitchen so I was excited to take a peek into this cookbook. All the pictures are great and the recipes sound like fun. I also love how colourful the book is. I can't wait to flip through this and maybe try out some of the recipes!

I received a DIGITAL Advance Reader Copy of this book from #NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

I love Hannah and in my humble opinion, any thing she produces is absolute gold. I will say the digital copy seemed harder to follow, so as always I will be picking up this book in its physical form. I do not have any real experience with digital cookbooks, but despite the recipes being inviting.. it was just hard read. It almost seems like this was intended to be a sampler.

The recipes were fun and easy to follow and Hannah's personality shined through out book in its entirety. The photos were absolutely stunning. Hannah, you are a gem! Keep up the fantastic work. I am giving this a four star review because I simply love Hannah's work. Her recipes are get and as with everything, she put her heart and soul to it. I cannot wait to get my hands on a physical copy so I can really get into it!

I was excited to read through this cookbook since I have been a fan of Hannah's since I saw her on " I Hart Food" and YouTube. The galley I received was not a full version but it focused on a few holidays and I found the photos to be fantastic. I also loved how easy to follow the recipes were. The writing is witty and entertaining, almost like having a conversation with Hannah herself. I plan to buy a hardcover copy when this is published and leave it out on my counter to use all year long!

I wish this review copy had been a full copy. This is 13 assorted pages that don't add up to a good sample. I've read Hannah's other writing and would love to see what she has up her sleeve here. No opinion yet other than I'm annoyed I didn't anything substantive.

I really enjoyed this teaser for "My Drunk Kitchen Holidays!" and can't wait to see the full book. The pictures are great and I found Hannah to be hilarious in her instructions, plus there was some really good and fun ideas! I loved the preview and will definitely check out this book in its entirety when it comes out.

I love Hannah Hart, and am so glad for all of her success. Great additional to any public library collection looking for popular titles or those who are a fan of my drunk kitchen.

If the goal was to make a cookbook unlike any other, the author succeeded. I found the book was disjointed and had little of what I would classify as a cookbook in it. Have not watched any of Ms. Hart’s videos, so am not familiar with her style. But I’ve been reading cookbooks for decades and this particular one would not add anything to what I already own.
I received an advanced reader copy from NetGalley, and I’m leaving my review voluntarily.

How I wish this was the full length book like I thought and not just a small teaser of what's to come. I absolutely loved what I saw, both the recipes and the writing style. 100% up my alley and definitely a cookbook I would want to have around.

I enjoy the show, but found the same style to be strange in writing. Also the formatting was really strange and the recipes were not really recipes, but more modification of box food for the few that came through on the kindle version. It is a fun book, but I did not find it to be a good cookbook.

I received and arc of this title from NetGalley for an honest review. For a cookbook, I found this book just okay. It may read differently on a kindle, but it was really choppy and there weren't many pictures to go on. There were too many things in bold and colored print and it took away from the recipe and I found it hard to go back exactly to what I was looking for. I found it to be a frustrating cookbook more than anything.

I love Hannah Hart's YouTube channel and have watched it for a long time. But when the first My Drunk Kitchen book came out, I was disappointed that it wasn't an actual cookbook. The puns were great, but I didn't learn how to cook anything from it. I was only given 13 pages to review My Drunk Kitchen Holidays! but it seems like it is going to be similarly disappointing. I would love to have an actual recipe for candy apples, instead of vague instructions that are of no use. Like I said, I am a fan of Hannah Hart, but I can not see purchasing this book for my library's collection.

This book was received as an ARC from PENGUIN GROUP Dutton in exchange for an honest review. Opinions and thoughts expressed in this review are completely my own.

I did see Hannah's YouTube show called My Drunk Kitchen and have read her first cookbook to come out of that show and loved how she brought fun and humor into the show and she cooks too on top of that. Hearing that she came out with a Holiday version of My Drunk Kitchen, I knew I had to jump at the chance to preview it. A lot of our patrons are fans of Hannah and after reading this cookbook, I know there will be a long list of holds for this book. I loved how she had a cocktail for each month and she had a unique dish to pair with it while still making it humorous and fun. We can't wait for the release of this book and there were some recipes in here that will be perfect for our cooking demo program.

We will consider adding this title to our Cookbook collection at our library. That is why we give this book 5 stars.

It is no secret that I have deep love for the popular Youtube personality Hannah Hart. She does great work when it comes to food history, the LGBTQIA+ community, and keeping the viewer laughing with her show My Drunk Kitchen.  For those who have no experienced My Drunk Kitchen, Hart drinks a fair amount and then attempts to cook something that would probably work out with either the right equipment or a lower blood alcohol level.

My Drunk Kitchen: Holidays! follows the same format as the show and includes a lot of thrown together recipes that are intended more for comedic value than actual cooking. She takes readers through the basics of boiling water for pasta, cheating at cupcakes, and other things to try and keep the holidays cheerful but not typical. One of my favorite parts was her attempts at savory cupcakes with blue cheese frosting. Well, that's different.

My Drunk Kitchen: Holidays is available October 22, 2019.

I'm not entirely sure if the entire book was suppose to download to my Kindle, or only a few pages... Well, October is in my Kindle and it looks like fun! Interesting recipe for candy apples, but doesn't say what stage candy should heat to before dipping apples. ('m going with hard crack, but only cause that's the stage I make the candy apple candy at.) Also Valentine's Day cupcakes were different. One recipe for sweet, another for savory....I don;t know if I could eat a cornbread cupcake with a cream cheese and blue cheese icing.... Oh, well, sounds unique. Not sure I'd purchase the book for anyone. Maybe I'll wait a bit to see the actual book..
