Mister Rogers was a kind, sensitive soul. His strength came from his ability to care for others and learn new ideas. He took true care to be better all of the time and promote education and kindness all the time. This book was beautiful. Reading little tidbits of love and life from mister Rogers was fun and uplifting.

What a nice find. This was the first book I've read from this author and I really enjoyed it. The story was different from anything I've read recently and really captured my attention. It was very well written.

A wonderful book to read in one sitting or bits and pieces at a time. I could also see gifting this book to those you love. Mr. Rogers was truly a great person and his words are still applicable today!

I adore Mr Rogers. His was a gentle voice amidst the chaos as I was growing up which has remained in my heart so when a publisher brings his wisdom to new generations I am the first to applaud and say thank you! The title is perfect as life holds many journeys and I can think of no one I would rather have accompany me on them than Mr Rogers himself. A Daniel Tiger is tucked on my bookshelf right next to this book.

Advise and comments from Mr. Rogers for all ages. A great graduation, birthday or any occasion gift for adults and older children. I reviewed a digital copy without the illustrations so I'm sure they will add to the enjoyment of the book. The book is short and sweet and divided into three sections for various stages of life. Published by his wife and his foundation it is vintage wonderful Mr. Rogers. Each entry is short, sweet and profound. A very feel good book. A wonderful collection of inspiration! Perfect for whatever challenges or obstacles you're facing in life. I enjoyed this insight into the world of Mister Rogers and it will be a book I revisit often.

I mean what’s not to love? I’m so glad I got this. It’s just a feel good thing and when you read it it’s impossible not to feel nostalgic and also a glimpse of a smile long after you’ve put it away for the day.

Life’s Journeys According to Mister Rogers by Fred Rogers is a heartwarming compilation of quotes, speeches, ante dotes, words of wisdom, and selected memories by Mr, Fred McFeely Rogers himself. I especially enjoyed this particular set of quotes in this series. Some are of his own doing, others are from some of his friends and mentors. I especially enjoyed the forward written by his wife.
I also enjoyed the followup with a short biography of his life and a statement from the company he founded “Family Communications, Inc).
I grew up with Mr. Rogers and I still feel as if he is a family member and friend vs a person on TV. He made a huge impact on my childhood, and I truly enjoyed this book.

There is always a need in a person's life for Mr. Rogers. As a child, he was there with soft words and fun puppets. He was friendly and calm, and gave life lessons that truly never stop being relevant.

As an adult, Mr. Rogers is still beloved, but a lot of his most important beliefs get lost. We know some of them, like the one that comes out every time there is an awful national disaster, or horrible event in the world. About finding the helpers.

Mr. Rogers was very much a helper. And even know, so many years after his death. his words are still here to help soothe, and give answers.

Fred Rogers was a very religious man, and he mentions faith and God in his books, but there's never anything overly preachy about it. He never once leads one to believe that if they don't believe in a higher power, they can't benefit from his words. And that's rare, and beautiful.

There is never a bad time to remember the words of Mr. Rogers.

A wonderful collection of short quotes and writings about life, transitions, purpose, and how to be a good neighbor. This would be a great college graduation gift or inspirational book for someone in a life change. Lots of good reminders and other things to think about.

What a gorgeous little collection of thoughts, writings, and songs from the genius of Mister Rogers.  This book is stunning and so inspirational; I honestly love it so much and wrote down so many passages and quotes to remember and maybe use later.  Sometimes you just need to read these types of passages to remember what is important in life and to make you reconsider what you should be worried about.

This book is short, and a quick read, but it packs so much emotion and what feels like pure love from Mister Rogers.  Anyone who grew up watching him or has a love for him and his program would deeply appreciate this little collection.  It speaks to Fred Rogers good heart and caring soul when reading what he has written and has been collected here.  It is difficult to find a reason not to like him or hold him and his work so dearly.

There isn't really a lot to review in for this book as there isn't a plot and there are no characters.  Rather, this is a collection of wisdom that spouts off the importance of knowing and loving yourself, following your path whatever that may be, loving your neighbor, believing in a higher power or stronger force that will always be there for you and love you, and accepting and giving love to all other creatures when needed.  This book would be a perfect gift for anyone, as it seems as if there is a message tucked in this book for anyone that is moved to read it.  I loved this book and took so many nuggets of knowledge and wisdom away.

He reminds us that there is no one else in the like me....and sometimes to get somewhere we have to leave something behind. It is a book to be picked up anytime for inspiration and a one to be given as a gift. I also e joyed the Forward by Joanne Robers. Projected publication is September 2019. I was beyond thrilled when I found out I had the opportunity to read this book. Like countless others, I grew up planted in front of the TV, watching Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood, and even looking back, I feel that Mr. Rogers shaped my childhood so profoundly, laying the groundwork for the way I saw the world and the person I would grow up to be. So getting a chance to read this book feels a bit like getting together with an old friend again.

Reading this was such a beautiful experience, and soul-healing in every sense of the word. As I read, I could hear Mr. Rogers’ calm, reassuring voice so clearly in my head, relaying to me all of these tidbits about life, like why it’s okay to feel the things we feel and how it’s important to be kind and forgiving not only to ourselves but to those around us. Hearing his voice in my head made this all the more enjoyable to read, and I’d be lying if I said I didn’t get choked up more than a few times. As I read, I felt like there were so many words of wisdom and positive affirmations that really struck a cord with me, like I needed to hear these words said to me at just the right time.

I also found it interesting that a lot of the sentiments and quotes that Mr. Rogers supplies in this book mirror so closely something I might read today on Tumblr. Thinking about the self positivity/positive affirmation movement that’s emerged over the past few years, it makes me wonder how much of this was influenced by so many of us who grew up with Mr. Rogers telling us these very same things that, years later, we would come to repeat to others and ourselves. It truly speaks volumes to the immense legacy that Mr. Rogers has left behind and how we all continue to carry a little bit of Mr. Rogers with us every day.

This lovely little book is a great one to have sitting on your bedside table, for those days when you need a little reassurance, a daily affirmation, or maybe just a reminder to always live your life with kindness in mind, both for yourself and those around you. Thank you, Mr. Rogers, for being a guiding light in all of our lives.

I love Fred Rogers. There is nothing negative that could possibly be said for this book. Absolutely lovely.
