This was a nice workbook to help keep the teens thoughtful and aware of the many techniques they could use to help get through their anxiety. I think this will be very useful to those that are controlled by their anxiety.
this book was so helpful with dealing with anxiety, and I think not just for teenagers but adults as well. This could help parents understand ways to help teens or kids with anxiety
This was an interesting book. I thought the information presented was well laid out and flowed well. I really enjoyed reading it and want to try and start implementing some of what I read.
With a teenager who has anxiety I am always looking for some way to help him find way to deal with the anxiety.
This book and workbook gives a great guide for parents as well as teens to help find away to deal with not only being a teenage but with the anxiety they face in the world today. This book can help with more than just teenagers but the examples are mainly to focus on teen saturation.
The author area about Phobias are great and helps kids understand the difference between what is normal and what might be more than normal and to talk with parents.
This workbook is less homework from therapist and more a journal who understands what is happening in a teens head.

As an adult who suffers from Anxiety, I find it quit refreshing, because it's so easy to navigate.
This is the perfect workbook for a Teen who is suffering from Anxiety, and needs information. The workbook talks to you now down to you like several that I have come across in the past.
The workbook feels like a "friend" not "homework"
I totally recommend this workbook, to everyone not just teens. I took a few things out that I never understood before.
Just about all teens are dealing with some type of anxiety. This book breaks down all the different types of anxiety and how to deal with it. In my opinion this is a must read for every teen and their parents. It's so important to let your teen know that they are not the only one feeling like they do and if they feel they need help not to be ashamed to ask. Thank you Callisto Media via NetGalley for the ARC copy of this book. All opinions expressed are my own.
