Why is it so much harder to take care of our self than others? This is a great source of how to take good care of you.

This book provides information about what we need to do to make us into our best. It should be read cover to cover and then maintained as a resource when we need a refresher. It provides natural, healthy ways to combat anxiety and stress, pharmaceutical free.

Many topics not normally covered in self-help books are found here. It begins with ways to make your social life more rewarding and covers topics such as your brain and emotions.

I highly recommend this book. Many self-help books are bought with good intentions but soon tossed aside. This book is the exception. It is easy to read and packed with such useful information that the reader will want to keep it close at hand.

This is an excellent resource for taking care of yourself. Many people struggle when it comes to taking care of themselves, but this book offers step by step ways of doing just that!
This book will have you living your BEST life yet!!!

This is a very informative helpful self care book that focuses on every aspect of self care. I highly recommend this book for anyone looking to improve their well being and self care routine. The format is easy for anyone to follow and understand. The suggestions are sensible and helpful. Very well done and quite informative for all of us with regard for our health.

This was a really great book for figuring out what type of self care you need or want to improve on. I highly recommend this to anyone who may be dealing with anxiety, stress etc. The book was set up so nicely, with each chapter explaining a different type of self care (emotional, physical, etc.) I definitely learned some great tips, even though I just read the book and didn't do any of the exercises outlined in the book.

I am a self-care lover and I really enjoy books that teach me different ways that I can live my best life. I enjoyed that the different areas of self care were divided and direction was given on how to focus on each area. All of the advice was easy to understand and the tools were provided to aide in the implementation to your life.

This is a comprehensive book on caring for your total self. Your social, physical, emotional,,intellectual, vocational and spiritual care are addressed. Each chapter deals with one aspect of self-care. Making it easy to focus on the area you wish to work on first. You are given some questions to think about and some suggestions of answers. Using a notebook, you make notes on how you can make changes or add a caring routine to your life. The aspect of each area is broken down into small, doable steps. Think of this book as a roadmap to a total self-care. I was given a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving this review.

I received this book as an ARC on Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. It was a very informative book about how to take care of yourself. It had step-by-step directions on how to improve every area in your life: social, emotional, physical, intellectual, vocational, and spiritual. Great resources and advice that I haven't heard before. I highly recommend this book!
