A quick and witty read, I enjoyed the frequent use of Scots colloquialisms - and the Glossary at the beginning for those not so au fait with the patter. "Panto Girl" is an enjoyable comedy and this is the perfect time of year to get stuck into the exploits of the residents and visitors in Lochgilphead. Kerrie Noor portays small village life with accuracy and aplomb.

The reader will want to persist with this story. It is really odd at the beginning and I thought I was going to find the story too weird for me, but as the story progressed and I learned more about the characters, it became an amusing, albeit still somewhat odd, story. It would probably help to have read the first two books in the series, as it is evident that some of the characters have backstories that, if known, would better explain interactions and events in Panto Girl.

I received a copy of the e-book via NetGalley in exchange for a review.

Cute funny quick read. The characters were very relatable and the story was funny. I have read the previous two novellas so it was easy to keep up. I strongly recommend reading these in order. I received a complimentary copy from NetGalley and the publisher and this is my honest opinion.

This is the third book in the series, and I haven't read the other two, yet.

The book was easy to read, funny at times, it made me smile several times, but it never had me laughing out loud.
The characters are well described and they are realistic. I had trouble identifying some of them at times, since there are many.
As I read the story, I couldn't helpnfeeling that I was missing something. Maybe I was missing info from the previous books, or some context on panto itself. As I was getting ready for the action to take place and was familiar with most characters, the story ended.

Thanks NetGalley and the publisher for my ARC.
