I read this book in hopes of it giving me a step up in my new role as office manager, covering HR as well.

Though the book is a great guide, I wasn’t able to use most of it but only because my situation is a little different.

I do recommend for anyone looking to up their HR game.

This book was an insight and helpful.
Topics, definitions were given in an order like a process steps without overwhelming.
It wasn’t a 101, it was succinct and straightforward.
