I’m always open to a sweet holiday book. This one was a bit more faith based than I expected and I’ve read others in this series. I liked the background of a couple struggling with fertility and adoption and an aging grandparent. I believe these to be relatable and timely topics. Lauren and Zack were likable and yet struggling to communicate well. Helen was a beautiful spirit and finding a caregiver to be with her when Lauren and Zack worked was a good intro for Mrs. Miracle.
As I said the story is sweet, and has clear religious messages. Looking for a light holiday read, this one fits the bill, predictable, yes, but still entertaining.

I'm such a sucker for the Holiday Romance books.

This book was no exception. I loved the whole holiday vibe in this book.

Laurel & Zack McCullogh have been hoping for a baby. As events unfold, Laurel and her husband move into a house with Laurel's grandmother, as her health is failing. As conditions worsen, Laurel calls agency after agency looking for a caregiver. All the agencies tell her they have no on available. Mrs. Miracle arrives on their doorstep from and agency (or so she says). She gets Laurel's grandmother out and about and appears to be doing better.

This book might be my favorite Mrs Miracle book, so many of us now a days are dealing with aging parents so this book was a wonderful read.

Ballantine Books and NetGalley provided me with an electronic copy of A Mrs. Miracle Christmas. I was under no obligation to review this book and my opinion is freely given.

A Mrs. Miracle Christmas would be right at home on the Hallmark network channel during the holiday season. A young couple, struggling to take care of an increasingly confused loved one and trying not to lose hope regarding adopting a baby, is given a second chance at happiness. Can their faith in each other and in the power of Christmas be restored or will Laurel and Zach fall apart completely?

Sometimes, a feel-good story is exactly what is needed during the holiday season. A Mrs. Miracle Christmas is, predictably, Christian based, but is secular enough to not turn away readers of other faiths. It does involve angels and miracles, though, so some readers might not be willing to take a chance on this Christmas novel. A Mrs. Miracle Christmas was a good, solid read and delivers the magic that the holiday can bring.

My favorite Debbie Macomber books are about Shirley, Goodness and Mercy. This book has Mrs. Miracle, a sweet angel who comes to help a family during trying times. However, Mercy and Shirley do make an appearance...with all their little antics. Such an enjoyable, heartfelt book! Debbie Macomber never disappoints!

It's a Mrs Miracle book. How can it not be great? Need a seasonal lift? A smile for the Christmas holiday? You can't go wrong with any of Debbie Macomber's Christmas tales and A Mrs Miracle Christmas is spot on. I love Zach and Laural, and Helen's story. It is real and wonderfully magical and full of hope. A definite one to pick up this holiday season.

Thanks to the publisher for this wonderful ARC and note that all opinions are mine.

A Mrs. Miracle Christmas by Debbie Macomber is the eleventh book in the contemporary romance Angelic Intervention series. Each book of this series is going to feature a new lead couple so the books can be read as a standalone or in any order and understood although some characters do carry over book to book keeping to the Angelic theme.

This holiday season Laurel and Zach McCullough are a young couple who want nothing other than to start a family of their own but fate hasn’t been on their side just yet. When Laurel’s grandmother, Helen, begins to need around the clock help the couple move in with her but still find themselves looking for an extra hand.

The agency Laurel contacts tells her no one is available but soon Mrs. Miracle arrives and turns out to be just what the family needs. Helen begins to look and feel so much better however Laurel and Zach get a touch concerned when Helen begins insisting Mrs. Miracle is an actual real angel sent to help them.

Most contemporary romance fans will be familiar with Debbie Macomber’s stories so I shouldn’t need to say how wonderful her writing is but I will anyway for those that may not have tried her books yet. I hadn’t read the others in this series but the story flows smoothly as if a standalone and such a beautiful, touching holiday read it was. Definitely recommend.

I received an advance copy from the publisher via NetGalley.

LOVED this book. A truly inspirational read that made me not want to put it down. Perfect book for the Holiday season or any time for that matter. It makes you believe that miracles DO exist and sometimes you just have to believe. Debbie Macomber never disappoints and this was a great book.

Laurel and Zach are trying to take care of Laurels Nana Helen and grieve over the loss of the little boy they thought would be theirs. Laurel decides she needs help with Nana before something more drastic happens than just her confusion. She reaches out to an agency and is sent an angel of a woman. Mrs. Miracle is right on time to help . Laurel has given up on having a family with her husband Zach after failed attempts at IVF . The last straw was the loss of her precious Jonathon.
Mrs. Miracle is gonna help fix it all with some heavenly help.. Shirley, Goodness and Mercy are waiting in the wings to pitch in . Nana has been told all that will unfold and is thrilled. I love Debbie's books and this one is no exception. I enjoy the hope and love that is shown in this book.

Laurel McCullough has given up on her dream to have a family. Zach, her husband is still holding out hope. A grandmother who's dealing with dementia brings a unique companion into all their lives. Shirley, they'll be able to come through these recent trying times with a little help from Goodness and Mercy. Hopefully, they will have a Mrs. Miracle Christmas!

Laurel and Zach McCullough have tried every avenue of having a family that is available but with heartbreaking results. Laurel has given up because it's too painful. Secretly, Zach has kept in contact with the adoption agency they've used. She treats her students like her children and is in charge of the Christmas program this year. They've moved in with the grandmother who raised Laurel after her mother died to save money and to take care of Helen, who's suffering from dementia. Coming home from school one day Laurel finds the police at their house. Her grandmother's confusion resulted in her thinking her granddaughter was late coming home as a 10 year old. It results in a call to find a companion to help them out for the holidays. Calling around brings news that it won't be until the first of the year before someone will be available. So to their surprise, a woman called Mrs. Miracle shows up to help. Laurel is so thrilled to have someone to help that they don't check for references. When Helen starts to talk about angels and a baby coming to Laurel and Zach. They just figure its the dementia affecting her. Helen has figured out that Mrs. Miracle her companion is an angel sent by God to help them and bring the much wanted family to her granddaughter and her husband. Mrs. Miracle and Helen become fast friends and begin going on adventures and getting Helen back into being more social. Mrs. Miracle asks Helen to keep quiet about what she's learned. Zach has been keeping a secret from Laurel as he's kept their adoption information current. When the agency calls and asks Zach to participate in giving information for updating the agency's website, he realizes he's going to have to tell Laurel the truth. He's been keeping it a secret because he didn't want to hurt her. When Mrs. Miracle lets slip about a present that Zach is about to get at the office Christmas party, it makes him suspicious. He passes along his suspicions to Laurel who calls the agency Mrs. Miracle came from. Mrs. Miracle's best friends come into play by helping out by answering the phone. Zach's shopping trip for Christmas presents has a different ending than what he expected. He hides his present and shopping spree so as not to hurt Laurel. Laurel gets a call from the the adoption agency revealing Zach's secret. She's devastated and when she gets home from school an ajar door leads to further heartbreak. A confrontation between Zach and Laurel results in them separating for a night. When Zach shows up to the Christmas program that Laurel is in charge of they come back together stronger than they were before. Laurel's student makes a strange statement after the program. A wonderful choir sings at church on Christmas Eve. Mrs. Miracle and her friends make it a special night. They begin to believe in angels. Several calls from the adoption agency finally has Zach answering his phone. There is great news. They head to the hospital and get the family they wanted all along. Laurel and Zach's life become complete and a few years later add to their family but have also lost a member as well. Laurel believes she can hear her grandmother and Mrs. Miracle.

Debbie Macomber brings back her beloved Christmas angels for another holiday book. Her very lovable angel Mrs. Miracle gets help from her 3 best friends to make a couple with heartbreak and no hope to realize angels exist an there is hope just around the corner if you will just believe. As always a Debbie Macomber book is full of love, laughter and great characters. I can't wait for the next book.

Debbie Macomber's A Mrs. Miracle Christmas is another beautiful addition to this wonderful series of holiday stories.

I absolutely loved it. I read it in September but even then it brought the cozy hiday feeling to life.

This a beautiful story about family, struggle, heartbreak and so much more.

Thank you Netgalley for an advanced reader copy.

The book was heartwarming and sweet. But I think it could have been a novella. A lot of repeating the same information.

If you have been around my blog or Goodreads at all, you will know that I have a weakness for holiday romances, particularly those by Debbie Macomber, so of course I had to jump at the chance to read this new one. I haven't read all of Macomber's books and didn't realize that this was a part of a series, Angelic Intervention with particular emphasis on the 3 Mrs. Miracle books. With that said, you don't really need to read the previous books to enjoy this one. This book hit me a little harder than others with the difficult subject matter of infertility and the heartache it can bring to a couple and those closest to them. I really appreciate the way that Macomber approached the subject and brought to light not only the loss and grief it brings but also the length of the process and the cost of not only treatments but also that of adoption as well. Of course, going in we know there will be a Happily Ever After ending which while I am sensitive the the fact that not all experiences end this way, it was what I needed in a holiday story. It was all the things I wanted, emotional journey, heart warming ending and a bit of magic mixed in too.

Laurel and Zach McCullough have been struggling with infertility and the adoption process. They have all but given up hope to have a baby in their lives. They have had to move in with Laurel's grandmother, Helen, because the cost of treatments they had to have a baby were so high. Laurel contacts a caregiver agency to help her grandma since her health is declining. The agency says no one is available.

Mrs. Miracle shows up on their doorstep to take of Helen and Helen begins to be more like her old self. Mrs. Miracle also gives signs that Zach and Laurel may be getting a baby. Lots of miracles happen with Mrs. Miracle.

I thought this book was very enjoyable. It was fun to have Mrs. Miracle around to brighten up the house. Also glad Zach and Laurel finally got a baby. This is a perfect story for around Christmas time because miracles can happen!!! I also thought that the talk about infertility and waiting to adopt was annoying because they had all but mostly given up hope. I have no kids of my own so I have not dealt with infertility. This book will make people believe in the miracle of Christmas and of angels!!!

I’ve been a fan of Debbie Macomber’s Christmas stories for many years. I’ve especially loved Mrs. Miracle and Shirley, Goodness, and Mercy. It was fun having them all in the same book. This is a sweet story of unfulfilled dreams and expectations. As before, when Mrs. Miracle enters the story, wonderful and magical things begin to happen. This book brings together the spirit of the Christmas season: Faith, family, and love. The ending to this book was special, and will definitely put the reader in the spirit of the season. I’m glad to have this one on my Christmas reading shelf to reread from year to year.

I received a copy of this book from the publisher. All opinions are my own.

I love Debbie Macomber’s Christmas books. Her Miracle series never fail to leave you warm and fuzzy. This book is no exception. Even dealing with tough choices in life sometimes youhabe to put your faith in the powers above.

I know some people don't think it is Christmas until they've read Debbie Macomber's latest Christmas novel. As someone who was on a waiting list until March for a previous Christmas book by her, I'm thrilled that I received an advance copy. This year she brings back the beloved character Mrs. Miracle and you don't want to miss it.

I absolutely love Macomber's Christmas novels and wait anxiously every year to see what she will offer fans. I love Mrs. Miracle and the Christmas stories that feature her are among my favorites.

Laurel's grandmother is becoming more and more forgetful. She lost her way in her own neighborhood. She called the cops when she awoke from a nap and Laurel wasn't home from school. She forgot Laurel is an adult and not the 10-year-old she raised. Laurel is still coming to terms with never being able to have children and now she is worried about losing her grandmother. With no choice but to find a home companion to look after her grandmother while she and her husband are at work, she calls Caring Angels but is told that no one will be available until after the new year. Then Mrs. Miracle shows up on their doorstep.

If you aren't familiar with Mrs. Miracle, she is truly an angel, sent by God. There is a series that features Mrs. Miracle along with her angel friends Shirley, Goodness, and Mercy. But it isn't necessary to have read any books in the Angelic Intervention/Angels Everywhere series (I've read book 8 in the Angelic Interventions series and book 7 in the Angels Everywhere series and this is book 11). Everything you need to know about Mrs. Miracle and her angel friends is provided within the pages of this story.

(If you think Mrs. Miracle sounds familiar and you haven't read any of the series, then you may have seen one of the movies based on the books).

A Mrs. Miracle Christmas is a touching, heartwarming story about love, hope, and Christmas miracles. Unlike many Christmas novels, it is not a romance. I would classify it more as women's fiction.

I will admit that I got misty-eyed while reading this story. Even though you know how the story is going to end, the journey is still just so sweet.

If you like Hallmark movies in book form and want something more than another holiday romance, then you will definitely want to pick up this book as part of your holiday reading.

Is this story predictable? Well yeah. Is it somewhat shmaltzy? Well yeah. But is it enjoyable? Definitely!! Put aside your disbelief and believe in miracles. Believe in angels. And go along with these well-defined characters and the warm & fuzzy story. Why not?!

I really enjoyed reading A Mrs. Miracle Christmas. I did not know this was part of a series until after i finished, but the book is definitely A stand alone story. Overall the story is extremely predictable but if you are looking for a feel good Christmas story then you have found the book! i could even picture this being the perfect Hallmark movie. I would advise that if you are struggling with infertility then you might want to skip this one. As someone who struggled to get pregnant, I could see someone finding this story discouraging and frustrating. Fill up a cup of hot cocoa and start this book today!.
